This treat was delivered to my door by a dear friend who's been my emotional support thru a difficult "pickle". She always seems to be here with exactly what I need when I need it! My husband and I have been slowly consuming and enjoying every bite. My two favorite ones were the chocolate chip one on the right in the photo (took me two days to finish), and the strawberry topped one, which was very flavorful and moist. These cookies satisfy your sweet tooth fix. Sometimes the flavors are hit or miss. Sometimes the cookies are too large to handle due to their softness (I love soft cookies) You might be a fan if you like sweet, soft-baked goodies. Very good cookies, a bit pricey but they are super-sized. Nice for an occasional splurge. Wish the staff/atmosphere were a bit more in line with the product they sell. Everytime/location I've been in is pretty dull and not very welcoming/warm for a bakery. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I tried Crumbl for the first time because the cookies of the week looked enticing. I ordered the cannoli cookie and the cinnamon roll and whenever my order was up they said the only cookie they had left was the cannoli (as this flavor was chilled), and they said it would take 10-30 minutes for the other flavors to be made. It put a bad taste in my mouth because they only have select flavors each week and how is there that long of a wait for 5/6 flavors?! I had to end up getting 2 cannoli cookies and they did not meet my expectations, especially for the price. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
