Raw cookies?? The expensive box of cookies shouldn’t be potentially harmful. The whole box of cookies is undercooked. I’m going to contact support. Food: 1
Tasty cookies although the price is ridiculous. The employees seem unenthusiastic. I wish they'd use boxes made of recycled cardboard. The quality of the cookie hasn't changed since last year but staff doesn't seem as happy as they used to. The whole staff used to practically sing Hello to you in unison when you walked in.
Not sure why but over the holidays there were 3 different “Santas” spinning signs for Crumbl and it was great because it was at the same time. It was a showdown. One had giant hands. It was odd. Cookies are good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

irritated that i chose curbside pick up, no one came out to my car. i went inside, was ignored. then finally he asks for my order, “we dont have that name” ok… goes back and ignores me. comes back “show me your order info” goes into back again. then comes out to look at order info. goes and makes the order rudely. I spent 30 min in there for no reason, should of been given a refund or something for the terrible service and wait. so much for fast curbside pickup and ordering ahead! Crumbl is amazing and I have always had great experiences at other locations but I have been to this location a couple time and each time it is dirty, their kiosks and signage aren’t working, no one greets you and the boxes always somehow have frosting on them. I have been to multiple other locations and all have been flawless, only issues at this one location Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
So good. Usually too rich but good every once in a while! This location makes me wary as they replaced one of the cookies I ordered with another one without asking me. First off, if I’m able to order it, that should mean they have them and reserve one for my order. Second, if for whatever reason your inventory count is off and you do run out of a cookie, don’t substitute it with a nut inclusive cookie?! Choosing a major allergen to include in a box is a risky move. I couldn’t eat anything in the box. Otherwise, the staff is always friendly here and they have great hours!

Great friendly service, and delicious cookies! Not too sweet and just right. Cookies so good I flew them home in my carry-on luggage. 😋😋

Their cookies themselves are okay (the base dough usually isn’t sweet enough and the amount of frosting on the frosted cookies is usually excessive, but I have enjoyed their S’mores and Red Velvet cookies that have no frosting), and the packaging is cute, but they’re too large for one enjoyable, convenient serving. Crumbl could sell smaller cookies for a better price, but they choose to save the small cookies for catering orders only. Essentially, they force you to buy a giant 800 calorie cookie instead of a few normal-sized cookies, which means you can’t try every weekly flavor unless you want to order 4 enormous cookies for $5 each. That’s their first shady sales practice. The second is their posted calorie counts. They list the cookies as having “200 calories” “180 calories” etc under the pictures of each cookie. You look at the huge size of the cookie and it doesn’t make any sense unless they’re magical diet cookies. Turns out, they’re listing the calorie counts for ONE FOURTH of a cookie underneath the photo of the whole cookie. There’s an asterisk followed by tiny text concerning the real portion size that is cut off at the bottom of their electronic screen. To gauge the employees knowledge of the calorie count, I asked the teenager working there how it’s possible for such a big cookie to have so few calories, and he had no clue that the calorie count is for 1/4 of a cookie. As a doctor, I don’t appreciate Crumbl’s deceptive posting of the calorie count in light of the country’s obesity epidemic and their apparent circumventing of the purpose of the law that requires calorie counts to be posted. I prefer to buy my cookies from a more ethical company. I’d be down to try Crumbl again if they clean up their act. Love the ever changing flavors and the packaging.

Delicious cookies. They change the flavor every certain time, and you have the opportunity to taste different kinds of cookies. The place is clean and beautiful!
My favorite crumbl cookies are the pink sugar cookies, but I’d never visited before. The in-person experience was kind of lacking in this location - no seating and we ordered from a computer. It was crowded with 4 people in the waiting area, and kind of awkward because you were either standing in front of the counter, in front of the doors, or in front of the computers to order. It was nice that we were greeted when we came in.
