Lovely restaurant overlooking the beach and sea. Inside or rooftop tables. Great food choices at reasonable prices. Spirits etc seemed a bit expensive.
Great fresh food and large portions. Fruit smoothies were very tasty.
Very large chopped chicken salad and tasty chicken baguette and chips.
Nice comfortable seating inside on raised area with good views...shade or sun. Will go there again:)

My new favourite place in Monte Gordo. The restaurant is so stylish, photos don’t even do it justice. We sat at the raised sofa area. Food, juices and coffees delicious. Lovely friendly staff too.

Hello, I am the young man who came to eat every noon last week and who was sitting by the window, alone in the sun. I wanted to thank the whole team for their welcome and especially the smile and the joie de vivre of the waitress with blond curly hair and the young girl with brown/brown curly hair with one horse.
I’m sorry I didn’t say goodbye because I had my plane early on Sunday morning, but it was a pleasure to meet you.

The service was incredibly slow, both ordering trying to get the bill! There were only 2 other guests! Several times we tried to get the attention of the waiters, in the end had to go to the bar to ask. Completely inattentive!

Gave this restaurant a try for lunch and was amazed. Staff excellent and so welcoming and food excellent. The Sangria was beautiful. We were so delighted that we returned for our last day in Monte Gordo and to be so warmly greeted and recognised in such a busy spot was much appreciated. What a wonderful find!!!
We walked past this place after spending the day in Vila Real d S. António, where we thought that we were going to have dinner. However, many places were closed due to the holiday, so we returned to Monte Gordo to eat.
The staff at this restaurant were friendly, super helpful with recommendations on the menu and we sat down to enjoy a nice dinner. However, we had not realized that the front seating area was also non-smoking and quickly asked if we could move. The waiter was so accommodating, and we were so glad that we did. Our “neighbours” at the next table were so friendly and we chatted all evening, almost until closing.
Our food was probably the best we had during our 3 week stay in Monte Gordo. The presentation was fantastic and the taste was wonderful! The fresh fish was so worth it and overall, prices were really reasonable.
With regards to the non-smoking area of this restaurant….THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! During our 3 week stay, this was the FIRST place in which we ate that we did not have to inhale tobacco fumes from the open door leading to the terrazzo which in Europe is basically the smoking section.

If we had found this place sooner, we would have eaten here once a week.
