There's always an overabundance of workers ready to greet you take your order and bring it to you. Ordered online for curb pickup. Food did not have the toppings as ordered, mushroom & Swiss was on burnt toast instead of bun, cheese curds were not fresh, and got a diet coke instead of regular coke. Very disappointed in overall order quality compared to the normal service we receive. Food: 3 Service: 3

We went last night, our driver thru person, Jasmine was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful!! It blew our minds cause we don't get great customer service anymore. But this girl. Just wow!! First-time visit and went through the drive threw. 2 shakes. A single BB and Double. 1 french Fri and 1 cheese curds. Price 25.00. Food was good. Service was great. Got the order wrong but made it right quickly. The price of fast food now ah days is crazy. Probably a 100.00 dollar bill to take the whole family. Good food. Always delicious and always fresh Service is always behind schedule. If my order is "going to be ready about 6:10" and I leave the store at 635 , that's less than perfect for sure. I shouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes for my order that I placed online . Just adjust the online timing to accommodate the rush so we aren't being told the wrong time to show up.
