Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and that's what I got! The cheese was not melted, the bun was cold and the fries(request was no salt) came with salt. I was on a time frame and had to be elsewhere but I would have never served that, I'm embarrassed for them! Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I am the last person to really complain but in this experience I have to. It started when we walked through the door and saw all the garbage on the floor. We ordered our food first before using the restroom. Our cashier was friendly but had a hard time hearing her over all the employees by the drive up talking and laughing extremely loud. We ordered dbl butter burger basket, a angel basket and a sourdough basket. Went to wash our hands and the smell was horrible. Water everywhere and paper towels overflowing the basket. In both bathrooms. We filled our drinks and the drink station was absolutely disgusting. Almost out of cup tops. All 3 of the ketchup stations were empty. Then we tried to find a table in an almost empty dining room that was clean. There wasn’t any. We waited 21 minutes for our lukewarm meal. I opened my disgusting sandwich to find two little bits of onion on my sourdough melt. My wife’s bun was smashed and all our fries were cold from a made from fresh or. It was nothing close to “welcome to delicious”. My and our absolute worst meal at a Culver’s ever by far. We left Milwaukee to specifically eat at a Culver’s up around the Oshkosh area because I needed fuel then also and passed up several opportunities to stop and eat but we knew we would get a rock solid meal at Culver’s. Our budget is very tight now a days and really looked forward to that treat. We knew the Culver’s standards because all 3 of my sons worked there tails of for Rick LeBron at the antigo Culver’s. He and his staff instilled incredible work ethic and high standards in all three. Which one is a CNC specialist one a dentist and one in law enforcement. Totally we’re benefitted by their employment at Culver’s. Very upsetting to see how one store can have such low standards compared to the rest. We counted over 11 employees with 5 of them that were actually working. It wasn’t even busy. We will not hold this against all the other Culver’s we’ve patronized. A good friend of the family lives in Oshkosh and said that’s why they only go to the north store. I really do hate writing this but I hate to see in our time, hard working people pay for services like that. Totally unacceptable. An older couple sat down after us and didn’t get their kids baskets till we we’re almost done and they were very upset also. Please, I know it’s a franchise but please could someone look into this. Generally a great place to go. The owner so caring and genuinely loves what he does. He's not afraid to get into the fray. He makes jokes with you as he takes your order. He truly cares for what he does and he brings out of his staff. The food also got to us in a very quick manner. I highly recommend this Culver's! I have discovered a new Fish Fry at Culvers!! Did you know Culver's has shrimp and Cod Fish Fillets meals?? I just recently found this out when I went to go pick up a Mushroom Swiss Burger and it's absolutely AWESOME too. The 6 butterfly shrimp and the 2 Fish Fillets are actually large size and they taste sooooo delicious, if you haven't tried these yet, you really need too!! You can get just the shrimp or just the fish without having to buy the whole meal and it's affordably priced too, and you can get tarter or cocktail sauces, if you want them. Culver's is well known for their custard and the flavor of the day but, I love their malts. I tried a salty caramel malt on this visit and it was absolutely delicious! I highly suggest Culvers for ordering in or take out for any one going for fast food. My order and my food were cooked and handled perfectly. This is one of our family's favorite places to eat. If you go during a meal time like lunch or dinner, make sure you go early because they make your food fresh so it's going to take a little bit and it gets busy! 3 adults each ordered a separate meal, 2 of the three were wrong. Then when we explained that they forgot a burger and mixed up another burger, they gave us a replacement which was still wrong and also ice cold. Lots of workers, didn’t appear short staffed at all. One of the Culver's employees was going into the building at the same time as I was. He noticed that I was a senior citizen and opened both doors for me. That was very nice of him. I tried the curderburger and it's great! I would highly recommend it.
