Culver’s is always the pick if I have to go to fast food, but what really makes this Culver’s stand out is the customer service. Simply Outstanding! The staff response time from entering to taking my order was extremely prompt. The cashier had a fantastic positive attitude, which I do not see in other food establishments. This is a 5 star food establishment and I will definitely return with friends. I had only eaten at a Culver's once or twice several years ago. It was OK. We were in the cities for the evening and had 3 adults and 4 littles to feed. Something for everyone. I LOVED my cod dinner and the rest all enjoyed their choices too. And the frozen custard! Can't wait to go back. Place was busy but pleasant, clean, tidy, great service, friendly staff and a minimal wait for our meals. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the double deluxe Culver's burger and fries. This restaurant is by far better then the established fast food restaurants like McDonald's. They food always be good quality and fresh, they service be by far better then the other fast food joints and I see myself eating their regularly. The best fast food chain I have ever visited after moving to the US. Their customer service is the best. I am a fan of their veggie burger and the shakes. These are my all time favourite. Culver’s is always good, and this location did not disappoint. The burgers were good and the chicken was good as well. Very crispy. The fries were hot and the drinks were very carbonated (just how I like them). I tried the root beer for the first time and I recommend it to all looking for a sweet root beer. The employees were very attentive and friendly, and they were also very helpful when we needed things. I knocked this location down a star because of the area. It seems kind of suspicious to me, and the people here are kind of “nuts.” My first occurrence (keep in mine both were within 5 minutes) was in the parking lot. I was parked in the main lot, and a very allegedly high man was talking to a passenger in the car to the left of mine. No problem, right? That was until he made me want to lock my doors and drive to the opposite side of the parking lot (literally happened). He did a weird dance in front of my window and wouldn’t stop. He was smoking some kind of cigarette, can’t really tell if it was marijuana, but he was blowing the smoke at my window. He kept doing the dance as I hastily pulled away, and seemed to be laughing in a weird way the whole time. He left me alone after that, but continued doing weird dances to other cars. He is pictured below, and if you see him, I suggest you pull away. When I pulled away, I stopped in a spot near the bus stop. There was a woman there, either allegedly high or mentally ill, arguing with a shopping cart (pictured below). I checked and she was not on the phone and she didn’t have headphones in. I genuinely don’t know what was going on with that one, but I probably would choose a different Culver’s if I could. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Rarely have I seen the employees at a fast food restaurant hustling like they were tonight at this Culver’s! They were working hard and with a smile — with several employees asking if I needed assistance. Way to set an example! And the food is delicious as well. Review from last Sunday. Was disappointed in our burger temperatures, but impressed with the flavor of the food. Friend and I both ordered the new Pub Burger mine came out with the cheese not melted and the burger slightly warm. My friend had melted cheese, but a basically not warm burger. We upgraded one meal to cheese curds, that was amazing. Hot, fresh and delicious cheese curds. That was worth it! The parking lot at this place is awful, they have a small drive through hut in the parking lot near the main restaurant that seemed to cause a lot of traffic and confusion. Also cleanliness inside wasn’t great either. I feel like they were trying but maybe couldn’t keep up. There was an obviously unkept man sitting at a table near the drinks with his shoes off and a lot of garbage around him. Not sure if they are able to ask people like that to leave but made the place feel more dirty than it already was. Service from the staff was excellent! But price for food was a bit high too (could be with distance from Mall of the America) Would recommend drive through. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
