Dad's Dogs Food Truck has an excellent Bratwurst Corn Dog. The other choices were Chicken Apple or Beef Sausage. I recommend the Chili for dipping because it is yummy and works well with French Fries. The Coleslaw had a hint of sweetness and I tasted Pineapple. This was our first time here and everyone enjoyed their lunch. The portions are large and perfect for sharing.

My brother picked Dad’s for his birthday lunch as soon as he saw the burger. 🍔 we got a few different menu items and we all had a taste.
We were very happy about that, enjoyed their half pound Shroom and Truck burger, Juicy and Delicious! I’m not a huge fan of crinkle fries most places don’t know how to cook them, But Dad’s does! They fry them up crispy, not soggy or undercooked. Thank you!
Fish taco with a beer batter that is light and delicious, dressed with fresh tomatoes, cabbage and a very yummy sauce, Plus Cholula packets! 😃

Awesome hotdogs! I got the everything hot dog with cream cheese, amazing, and not too heavy! My oldest got a veggie dog and also loved it. The fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. Coleslaw was fresh and crunchy!

The gourmet burgers are big, thick, and flavorful. The burgers are a bit greasy or it's buttery. The Mushroom Bacon Onion Swiss Burger is one of the best I've found in OR. The fry sauce is a fry sauce of perfection. The crack sauce is amazing for dipping your chicken in, another favorite dipping sauce I've found. The smash burgers are awesome! Wifey had the BBQ burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The crinkle Fry's are so simple and good. The popcorn chicken is pretty darn good, the sauce helps elevate the flavor. Dad's is my favorite place for burgers in OR. I hunt for great food, and this location is beyond worth the price especially for such flavorful quality!! Like you'll have a hard time not eating everything in one sitting.

Smash Burger Deluxe
Genuinely the best food I have tasted in MONTHS. I ordered fish tacos, which were perfectly crispy and the aioli sauce was so good it made me feel like I was having a spiritual experience while eating. The woman who took my order was also super sweet!! I’d highly recommend.

Dad’s Dogs in Florence, OR is the bomb! Waited to post this until I tried a few things. Got my husband the Chicago dog for lunch yesterday, I had a smash burger. Well the hubby was born and raised in Chicago, and said this was the closest he’s found to a Chicago dog in the PNW. The smash burger was good.
Tonight he wanted another Chicago dog for dinner. I ordered two fish tacos. One taco would have been enough, but after eating it I couldn’t help but eat the second! Soooo good!
This will definitely be a weekly stop for us. Highly recommended.

We were craving a hotdog on our way down the coast. Google brought us here and we’re so glad it did! Everyone left satisfied. There is something for everyone too, not just dogs (GF fish and chips!? We’ll have to try that next time)

These tacos are effin ridiculous and I say that in the best way possible x10. Huge fan of the homemade tartar sauce that comes on the fish taco, talk about good stuff. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy outside and soft inside. The Korean beef taco was beyond tender and mouth wateringly delicious, HIGHLY recommend!!! Last but not least the potato taco was a very nice touch. Nice fresh veggies on it, wish I had gotten 2 of them. Can't say enough good things about the flavors, textures and overall quality of this food. 5 stars all the way around. I'll definitely be going back!

Owner was a jerk. Food smelled good but I prefer service. He needs to learn how he should treats others.
Other times I’ve been here was not bad. Totally turned off by the place now.
Sucks cause he might have been going somewhere.
