I wonder how this restaurant isn’t being rated at 5!? I love their food and their service so much! This is the first time I tried grilled beef innards and fresh innards. The restaurant made it so well that I feel addicted!! First, the fresh beef innards were served. The owner told us the hygienic process so it’s safe to eat. The fresh liver tasted sashimi! I think it’s frozen for preservation so it’s a but cold. The outer part of the liver was soft like salmon sashimi but I could feel the frozen part on the inside which was great! The he served the grilled menus and cooked for us. The owner is super friendly to foreigner. He asked where I came from and would use Google Translate to communicate. He shared a lot of useful information for a visitor and very communicative. If I ever visit this area again, I’d definitely eat here again. 재료가 정말 신선한 집! 주말보단 평일에 가시는 것을 추천합니다. (가장 신선) 화학처리를 전혀 안해서 좀 질기게 느껴질 순 있지만 맛은 정말 고소하고 비릿한 냄새가 전혀 없습니다. 느끼한 맛을 잡아주는 독특한 향의 매실 소스. 아삭아삭한 콩나물 무침. 하나하나가 정성이 담겨진 것 같습니다. 볶음밥도 꼭 드세요. 먹고나면 든든~~

음식이 맛있습니다. 손님이 많지 않을 때는 사장님이 직접 곱창을 구워주시기도 합니다. 딱 먹기 좋게요~ 볶음밥도 맛있어요. 다만.. 시설은 좀 낡아보입니다. 주차 역시.. 가게 앞에 댈 수 있는 데가 몆 자리 없어요. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

마땅히 별 5개 받을만하다. 일산곱창중 으뜸이다.모듬시켰는데 다 맛있다! 9세딸도 다른데서는 안먹는 곱창을 흡입했다. 너무 맛있고 양도 많은데 이상하게 배불렀다가 배가 꺼지고 다시 시키고 ㅋㅋ 반복 ㅎㅎ 인터넷 검색해서 가봤는데 기대이상이였다 맛있고 괜찮은 곱창집 발견해서 넘 좋음. 곱창 내장 좋아하는 엄마오면 또 갈예정임.

사장님 너무 친절하시고... 음식은 말해 뭐해네요.. 곱창집 찾아다니고 그런 적 없다가 거의 처음으로 리뷰 좋은 곳으로다가 찾아왔는데 오길 정말 잘한 거 같아요!! 집 근처라서 너무 자주 오게 생겼네요 하하 사장님 많이 파세요.... 감사함니다...🤍
