This is hands down the worst DQ I've ever been to and I've been to them in almost every state. You walk in to dirty tables, floors that look like they haven't been mopped in weeks, windows are completely fogged over with grime, it smells like a second hand store, the guy behind the counter is playing on this phone while leaning on the counter, which is only made worse by the fact he barely speaks english (not his fault) making ordering hard. There is not a single person in the lobby and only 1 car in the drive through, there is no reason for this store to be this filthy. The drink fountain is very suspect, its even leaking from behind the valves when you try to use it. If the prep area is as nasty and unkempt as the lobby, a health inspection would shut this place down for sure. When they are suppose to open there lobby and only have drive thru. The employees cant keep up with fast service and hot food. Like u see more then 2cars. Always put basket of fries down. If you're coming for the standard Dairy Queen dessert options, this location probably isn't bad, they do fine. I wouldn't order a blizzard here, they strike me as the type of location that won't tip it upside down and I always dislike getting into that argument. But my kids enjoyed their burgers and sundaes, the experience was tolerable. From my point of view however, I was met with someone at the counter who interupted us several times through the transaction to ask us the very detail I was in the middle of giving, the entire time frowning at us rudely. Then, when he gave us too few cups and I pointed it out immediately and tried to show him the receipt he had seconds earlier passed into my hands, he told us to wait as he re-printed and scanned it dubiously. I did end up getting the correct number of drink cups, but there was an awful lot of doubt regarding a sale that had concluded only 20 seconds prior. Later when I needed something from the condiments counter, 2 people from the cooking area saw me, but ignored me. One was even sat on a bucket in the middle of the walkway clearly performing no duties at that moment. I waited patiently without word or gesture or negative glance, but it took far too long for a customer standing at the point of sale for anyone to approach them. My wife and I cracked open our burgers and immediately discarded the sickly looking bacon. It was, in a word, gross. Very strongly recommend avoiding any of their burgers that contain bacon. I don't expect a lot out of fast food, but I've honestly seen better. I've visited this establishment on a multitude of occasions and every visit thus far has disappointed me. The atmosphere inside and out is uninviting, if not uncomfortable. I find that the staff is more preoccupied with their own personal matters than with providing quality customer service; they will corral around the kitchen and often were either quiet or uncooperative, not only that, it kinda seems like they're a little under trained? I've worked in fast food before and I will state, I do not agree with how disorganized and chaotic the kitchen looked from where I was standing. Not only that but I feel it's unnecessary to have from what I could count was 5 people in the drive-through window area when there was a lack of customers to be served. I do hate to have to bash on local establishments but this particular franchise location is honestly deplorable. Got ice cream and fries to go on a 90 degree day. Got all the way home and took 2 fries from the top to find a BUG underneath the 2 fries I had just picked up. Absolutely disgusting. Place is disgusting. It smells like the toilets haven’t been cleaned in months. It took forever to find a table that was clean ENOUGH. When we were done, dumping the rest of our food in the garbage we noticed the tray was filthy. These people need to be shut down. Not to mention they added things to our bill (such as) a fish sandwich meal and one large drink and when we started looking at the receipt and questioning the man behind the counter, he walked away! Worst DQ ever!!!!!o ordered a banana blizzard and a snicker doodle blizzard and they gave me a banana milkshake. I told them I ordered a blizzard and the guy at the drive through window argued with me telling me I ordered a milk shake when I did not. He refused to change my order. I then asked for a lid on the one bluzzard I got and he got angry and slammed the window shut and returned a few minutes later with a melted blizzard. I also ordered a ice cream cone and when he handed it to me he punched a whole in the side of the cone when he was handing it to me. I was disgusted with his behavior and threw my ice cream cone away after he put his thumb threw it. It was a dirty place and very unprofessional. A few weeks ago I ordered a plain burger and had to throw it away too because the bun was so hard I couldn’t even chew it clearly indicating to me it was over heated up in the microwave and not fresh at all. I could have thrown it like a rock it was so hard. Be ware and spend your money elsewhere. The good and service is horrible not to mention courtesy no rexpect to the people that make their paychecks. They put no chicking in my crispy chicken salad bowl and they didnt give me a fork. The dinning room light were off until my husband asked if the dinning area was open (while we were ordering in the drive thru) they cones had less ice cream that supposed. They did not use gloves when handling ready to eat food. The only person using gloves was the cashier and she was touching everything around (including food)with the same gloves she touched money, and cards. Just skip this location. Terrible Place. The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. They’re refused to give me my order after they messed up on it the first time. Whatever guy was working in the drive thru on 9/25/23 around 7pm should be fired. I have never had such a bad experience at a fast food place.
