This fast food offers you to try nicely cooked chicken strips. Nothing can be better than eating good sundaes, banana split and fudge. Choose delicious smoothies, you will hardly regret them. Dairy Queen is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The guests of this place don't appreciate high prices. The cozy atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

I keep giving this place chance, after chance, after chance. No more! Look at that blizzard and just how far down from the top it is. Not to mention this isn't even the one I wanted. This is the one I settled for because they were out of the ingredients for the one I wanted. This is the last straw. Let's talk about how, for the last month, their chocolate ice cream dispenser is not working. Let's talk about the last couple of times, before this last time, I went in and the staff all seemed like someone just died. They look miserable on a level like I've never seen before. Let's also talk about how the most disgusting, smelling, and vile man came out of the bathroom jiggling change and asking me to buy him food. If I was the manager or owner, I would not allow people to harass my patrons inside the store. He did this right in front of the owner, who just ignored it and walked away. And then I get on here to write a review and WOW! This is nothing new here I'm seeing. Corporate DQ, if you're listening. How much more is it going to take before you send someone out here to fix this place.
We waited in line 10 minutes at the order window. And had already waited 20 minutes in advance of that. There was no apology for the wait. Then they were out of ingredients for the blizzards we ordered. Like didn’t even have chocolate soft serve ice cream at their location…??? I would have given another star if they would have at least apologized for any of the issues. They acted like I should have just known they don’t offer common ingredients. I wish I could have the 45 minutes of my life back that were wasted going to this DQ. Will not be back.

If there were a negative star- this place gets it! Wow! Absolutely filthy! Fly strip hanging over the front counter directly over the liquid peanut butter can and some type of strawberry or pink colored…. Yuck. The staff had no interest in helping us. It’s a long story. Manager got mad at us because we took pictures of the violations. We had received 2 of our blizzards and waiting on the 3rd. She deleted our order before the 3 rd one was done because she was mad at us. We threw the blizzards away. Wrote into DQ headquarters so they can help if the owner won’t. In defense of the employees I sensed that they didn’t know what to do and were just putting out c*app and doing the bare minimum which is a reflection of poor leadership and ownership. I almost felt sorry for them. Whomever owns this location, step inside one of these days and help your employees or SELL it! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20
For an almost $10 meal you would think they’d give you more than a child sized fries. Pathetic.

Went through the drivethrough and ordered a Reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. Checked my receipt after paying and it was rung up as a royal peanut butter brownie blizzard. I asked the kid before I left it was a peanut butter cup blizzard as it was clearly rung up wrong and he told me without hesitation it was a Reeses blizzard. Imagine my surprise as I get home and find out dude lied to my face about it. I now paid extra for a blizzard I didn't want. I wish I could say this is the only bad experience I've had here, but unfortunately it's not. Thanks, Sawyer D if that is your real name...

lobby closes at 9:30 pm. 8:30pm rush comes, and an employee locks both doors before a line of people can come in. the entire staff is like 16 years old. had to drive 15 minutes because the other dq is also terrible service. completely disrespected, dont expect to stay open if staff is disrespectful and snotty. staff finally unlocks doors in out face and said nothing. I always have issues with Dairy Queen. I used to love this place even worked Is there for a while. So I know what it's supposed to be on the Burger. They gave me cheeseburger patties instead of quarter pound patties and shows basically charged me $12 for a double cheeseburger. They also put the wrong bacon on it supposed to be jalapeno bacon And they didn't toast my bun so when I got home it was all soggy Not even 8 minutes from where I live. I Worked at Dairy Queen for 2 years so I know my memory what this opposed to look like. Try to call phone is off Voicebox is full probably full of complaints from other customers. You want your money's work don't come here.
We placed our order online through Door Dash for pick up. We only ordered four items, and were told it would be 30 minutes. I arrived at this location about 40 min later. Our order was not ready, I had to wait for everything to be made. Upon getting home to eat, we discovered our order was wrong. My sandwich had nothing right, her sandwich was partially right, and my blizzard was missing items. We called the store... When asked about ordering ahead and having to wait for it to be made, we were told they never make anything ahead. It's understandable to not pre-make frozen items like the blizzards, but the sandwiches...? We were also old we could be refunded for the extras on the sandwiches only, and that we had to come in person to get a refund. We explained it's too hot to be riding a bike back to the store for a refund. We paid online with a card they can just pull up the order and credit it back, but they refused. We were both seriously disappointed with our experience at this location. The person who answered the phone did not seem to care that we were unhappy paying for things we did not get, or that we were not going to be coming back in person today for our refund. She didn't even bother to ask questions about our order to see what happened or to help us. She was no help. Will be going to check through Door dash for a refund, and definitely NOT ordering from this Dairy Queen again. Stay away, drive a little farther to somewhere they actually cares like Jim's Burger Haven across the street, or Burger King, or Taco Bell. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Both my husband's blizzard and my own were 99% vanilla icecream!! We couldn't tell which blizzard was which because there was nothing but ice-cream. No chunks of brownie, snickers, or take 5 like there's supposed to be. Super disappointing. Service Take out
So, why is it every time I go to the drive-through, it takes more than fifteen minutes to get my food? I'm only ordering one thing! There was only one car in front of me! You guys didn't look busy on the inside. What's going on? This feels like a time management issue than a short staffed problem. I'm not going to wait fifteen minutes for three pieces of chicken and melted ice cream.
