Local Dairy Queen in the back of The Woodlands. We have so few restaurants in Sterling Ridge it was nice to see this one open up a few years ago. They have outdoor seating, a drive-through, and ice cream cakes. We love the blizzards and shakes. My husband loves Moo-lattes. Kids ride their bikes here on summer days. It’s pretty close to Deretchin Elementary School. Parking is ample but there are a lot of other businesses that share the same parking lot so it depends on the day but can get chaotic. Staff turnover changes almost every time we go there. Not sure why but they don’t keep employees very long. ME & MY GIRL ARRIVED SATURDAY 02/24/2024 @10PM THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN TOOK OUR ORDER DIDN'T REPEAT IT AND HE WAS VERY UNORGANIZED WE ARRIVED TO THE WINDOW THEY TOOK ABOUT 15 MINS FOR OUR ORDER & AND GOT THE FOOD WITH NO NAPKINS & THE STEAK FINGERS WERE VERY DRY & FRENCH FRIES WERE ALSO THEY R MOVING TOO FAST THEY MESS UP THE ORDER FOR THE PEOPLE INFRONT OF US. Walked into the manager yelling at a guy in the drive-through. I ordered my food, a taco salad and specifically asked for no other dressing but sour cream. They had to remake it because they put ranch on my taco salad. Then I watched three more people come through with bad orders that was not correct from the drive-through And last in my 15 minutes of stay a lady came in and ordered a cake and they couldn’t even put the correct saying on it so they had to take it back and redo that. I would not recommend this establishment until they get better employees and manager

We ordered a small heath bar blizzard at the drive thru a little after 7pm on 10/22/23. When we pulled up to the window I heard the female employee tell the male employee to “just give it to them” multiple times. The male employee seemed hesitant but eventually passed us a blizzard and collected the money. As we were driving off the female stated they had “made it big for us”. Well they certainly had but it was melted quite a bit and was just ice cream with some pecans and maybe a hit of chocolate syrup. Not at all what was ordered. It almost seemed to be an old mistaken order that was foisted on us. We had driven off by the time we realized what had happened and didn’t feel like going back. I wouldn’t trust them to remake it anyway if that is how they treat a customer in the first place.

My wife and I ordered a 4 pc cheese steak basket each and were highly disappointed when we received our baskets. They both looked like they were way over cooked then we tasted them, I myself couldn't eat more than a bite and my wife didn't want to ask for something else so tried to eat them but only ate 2 of the 4. I threw mine away and ordered a salad which was ok. Having spent about $28 we were totally disappointed in our food. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
