Dairy Queen What is your name I asked, James it was. I just have to say some great stuff about him!, and later on, I met Jo and she was fabulous as well. James gave me a lid because I want to give my puppy a little icecream and she loved it. What I noticed about James that when he was waiting on customers, he took the initiative to stay busy. I watched him go outside to clean windows. They really took pride working there as the place was very well groomed. I WOULD RECOMMEND

This place is staffed by a group of very conscientious and hardworking kids. There did not appear to be any "adult supervision" and yet each team member carried out their duties efficiently and delt with the customers very promptly. Showed up last minute, thought they closed later than 9. Staff was super friendly (even with my husband and I being last minute a*holes). Store was clean and well stocked. Service and Food deserve a zero! The only thing bringing people here is the Cave Cree atmosphere. We live in Cave Creek and would gladly drive to Anthem for ice cream. Go anywhere but Dairy Queen in cave Creek. It is too bad because Cave Creek is a welcoming, fun, little western town with genuine people. But Dairy Queen is the exception to the rule up here. Do yourself a favor….. drive over to I-17 and Carefree Hwy to that Dairy Queen, better everything. Worth it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worked here for 2 years. 2 years I can't get back and the only thing I regret is not working more. Erin. Jo, Sam and everyone of the workers makes coming in to work enjoyable, welcoming and fun. At the end of the night we are a team and I can genuinely call each and everyone of my coworkers a friend. They saw me through very uncertain times and held nothing but jokes and support. It was my first time ever at Dairy Queen! The food was better than I thought. The girl that handed me my blizzard didn’t turn it upside down and I even recorded it to remember the experience but when she didn’t do it, I didn’t say anything. I didn’t want to make a scene or maybe they don’t turn them upside down anymore. Regardless, the hot food is hot the cold food was cold so I can’t complain on that. Great franchise with friendly staff and good food. I've been coming here since I was a kid and it's always been great. Wish it was open later but that's pretty standard for the area.

10 minutes for day old chili. Please retrain your staff, making then putting ice cream on the counter is no way to keep them solid. 4 melted items handed to us.

I love a Dairy Queen Choco Cherry Love Blizzard and a lot of DQs in Phoenix won't make them anymore. However the DQ in Carefree on Cave Creek Rd did not disappoint! The lady who made my blizzard did not turn it upside down and even though we were there at 8:30pm, she seemed anxious to get the store closed down for the night. So I stopped by again today ( a week later). Got another Choco Cherry Love and again it was awesome! The guy at the drive thru this evening was wonderful!
