Lovely vegetarian restaurants with great food and excellent ingredients. Many of the dishes are made with organic ingredients, which is right up our alley. We got the stone pot rice, 3 cup mushroom bowl, and another rice bowl. They were all tasty and not too salty. If we were closer, we'd definitely go back more often. The owner, we assumed he was the owner, was genuine and very nice. But make sure to call ahead cause this place doesn't have a lot of seating.

I had the serendipitous chance to stop by 啖飯19101 cuisine on my way to a Monkeys baseball game, and I can wholeheartedly say it has become my favorite vegetarian restaurant in Taiwan.
From the moment I stepped in, the place charmed me with its warm atmosphere and the owner's heartfelt welcome. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to organic ingredients, which shone through in every dish.
The stone pot rice and the 3 cup mushroom bowl were simply exquisite, flavorful without being too salty, and the sesame oil hericium mushroom noodles had a delightful depth with a light, rich broth. The stinky tofu was a revelation – finally, a place where my vegan mom and I could enjoy it to our heart's content, and it was as delicious as it was non-greasy.
But what truly sealed the deal for me was their homemade lemonade. It was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, refreshing me after a warm day and setting the stage for the amazing meal to follow. The ambrosia honey dessert was the sweetest end to the meal, reminiscent of my grandma's cooking.
啖飯19101 isn't just a restaurant; it's a place where food is made with care and served with love.
It's not just my pre-game stop now; it's my go-to spot for vegetarian cuisine in Taiwan. Can't wait to come back!

打拋猴頭菇飯
Delightful little spot you'll look forward to returning to. This place has a great range of Taiwanese dishes, all very tasty and made with fresh, whole foods. The staff are welcoming and friendly, especially the boss who loves to share his passion with customers. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and most can be made vegan. They're known for their fantastic stinky tofu and mushrooms, both of which can be found in many dishes. I also recommend trying their 饅頭 mantou buns, not your usual buns as they have an impressive chewy texture with a few bits of dried fruit and nuts.
Excellent asian fusion vegetarian food, and with ovo/dairy vegetarian and also, vegan options ! Will definitely come back when we visit TaoYuan again.

老闆很親切、很熱情,很喜歡跟客人分享們的餐點,最主要這家餐館的食物全部都是有機食品,吃的既安心又放心。
啖飯提供豐盛的米飯餐點,包括各種口味的炒飯,煲仔飯、燉飯等等。菜單上還有臭豆腐小吃等選擇,非常適合坐下來的愉快用餐。餐廳的風格裝潢很簡約,還有各種有趣的小細節(酒瓶裝水),讓人感受到簡約舒適的氛圍。
我推薦品嚐松露野菇燉飯及打拋猴頭菇飯,兩者皆非常美味。松露野菇燉飯香氣四溢,飯粒綿密而富有口感,打拋猴頭菇飯則是口味獨特,食材新鮮,讓人食指大動,非常值得一試。
整體來說,啖飯餐館是一家值得來享用的餐廳,餐點口感佳,裝潢簡約舒適,是用餐的絕佳選擇。
