Poor customer service last 2 visits. 2 weeks ago, employees don't know how to make my Sunoco card work to get the discount. Yesterday, manager took the guy behind me to check out first. Definitely gettingy gas in Lounsbury where discount works at the pump as it should. Avoiding this store when possible.

Been to this dandy too many times ...cashiers are rude and ignorant. By far one of the worst crews consistently employed over the years at ROME location. Push the reset button
