One of those places you can call: Hidem 💎 Gem! Not friendly but very friendly staff. Food amazing. It's remarkable they are Pet Friendly. You can sit inside, outside in the playing are for kids or under the roof that in grape season must be a very nice view to enjoy. Hearty pub style foods at reasonable prices. Family friendly, but also offers the pub feel in a separate area within the restaurant. Great for ordering some baskets/pizzas, having a few beers and enjoying a live sports event on TV with plenty of TV's around. This place actually exceeded my expectation, the food is great and at a good price. If you have kids/dog and just looking for a place to go and relax, then I would highly recommend. What an absolute pleasure of having our year-end function here recently 🙏 I've always believed that the level of service you receive upon arrival will always be more important than the meal you are there to enjoy. Not only did Carlos go above & beyond by ensuring that our group was always attended to, the floor staff was just as friendly & attentive - even if we were passing through to the loos 😌 The eatery deserves some appreciation too. We ordered 4 steaks. All of them were burned. So much so the whole steak tasted bitter. Ordered 1 nachos, it was so soggy when we picked it up for a take away all of it under was wet and soggy not crunchy at all. Even our dog didn't want it at home. Both drinks I ordered glasses were dirty. The one had a monster sticker on it too although it had no monster inside, the other had something sticking on the inside of the glass. Utterly disgusting. The waiters can barely understand what ur trying to order when speaking in simple terms and the manager has the grumpiest look on his face that you feel like you cannot express ur concerns to him. Rich

Awful service. Can't compare to Nag Uil or even Spur. The grass that was there is now sand. The place looks dilapidated, parking lot looks dirty, no one greets you at the entrance. You will see your waiter/waitress once or twice if you're lucky. Our family goes to De Oude regularly but the standards have plummeted over the years so we'll be going elsewhere.
