We ordered our food 06:20 pm on the 30th of Oct 2023.
Debonairs Witbank closes at 20:00pm. We were not informed that there were or could be any delays with our food. It is 20:04 and we have not recieved our food or a call from Debonairs that our food cannot be sent out for what ever reason. Debonairs, you took our money, but our food was has yet to be delivered. Very poor service!!!

I ordered one pizza at half past 5 and it is twenty minutes past 7 and no pizza, no phone call to explain the delay, nothing. Just an sms that said order received and email that says its being made. Very dissapointed. I don't mind waiting, just communicate thoroughly so that I know what is happening with my order.

Driver sped past my house 3 times. Literally sped past. My garage door was open with light on as discussed with driver. The fourth time he drove past slowly after I asked him to stop speeding past my house. I had to flash him down with flashlight. Pizza was cold.
Service was very poor, my husband placed a delivery order 17h55 for 2 pizzas and cocktail cheese chicken grillers, he gave our adress 3x to the guy that took the order, we waited for an hour and a half before my husband phoned, the driver phoned my husband saying his in the wrong adress my husband explained to him the right adress, after 2hours and 20min we got our order, the order was wrong we got a death of chocolate and no cocktail cheese chicken grillers. This service was unexceptable, the pizzas was cold and no grillers, realy how do they listen wrong adress and wrong order.
Debonair Pizza's standard is always top quality! I definitely recommend it. Waiting period is +-30 min but you can order in advance and collect or they will deliver.
Chaotic! Just HAVE a Que for Collections ...please!!! Had to stand in a Que with others who came to Buy, When my Order had been ready for Collection for over 30min!Have someone Deal STRICTLY with Collections Maaan!!
This is the worst service ever. I placed an order via the website at 17:56 and my order arrived at 20:20. That was my first and last time ordering at this at this specific debonairs pizza.
