Great Service, Delicious food Atmosphere wasn’t great but that isn’t their fault, we happened to visit this lovely restaurant on one of the hottest days - that too, during load shedding. Overall, just average. Went in for breakfast. Waitress was polite. We were not made aware of/offered their breakfast special until we overheard a regular customer request it. (By then we had already placed our order). I noticed that regular customers receive much better service. The eatery is small,cosy and very clean. Food was not great. Bacon and sausage tasted weird, however the hashbrowns were very delicious. We also got a tramezzini which was huge and just alright. Nothing to rave about. Fries served with it was great. What I did thoroughly enjoy was my latte! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food Starters: Crumbed Mushrooms & Spicy Chicken Strips • Mushrooms were crumbed well, but were bland and desperately required seasoning. • Chicken strips were excellent! It was extremely spicy and well seasoned. It was enjoyed and would be recommended. Mains: Grilled Hake; Del Forno Prego Portuguese Roll; Grande Vegetarian Burger • Hake was dry and lacked flavour entirely. Certainly not worth it. • Prego Roll was overall bland, the sauce tasted of nothing, lacked seasoning and contained raw onions. • Burger was also relatively bland, the only thing you could taste was the tsatsiki and the halloumi was overdone. Dessert: Ooey Gooey Choc Chip Cookie & Baked Cheesecake with Hazelnut sauce • Cookie was covered in caramel sauce which was not too enjoyable. It was served with a scoop of tasteless vanilla ice-cream which was not great at all, regular soft-serve ice-cream would've been far better. • Cheesecake did not taste like cheesecake at all. It was merely a textured slice of dessert that tasted of nothing really. It was doused with chocolate sauce, no flavour of hazelnut whatsoever. ___________________________________________________________ Space: Aesthetically pleasing, with a nice ambiance. Restaurant is neat and well presented. Service: Manager and staff made the effort to check on us for the duration we were there. Waitress was too soft spoken and seemed unhappy to serve us. Prices: The meal prices are medium-to-high. Some are unreasonable, for instance, R120 for a mediocre burger. The prices don't meet the standard and taste of the food served. It was my first time at this restaurant recommended by a friend. I had a burger with the upgrade of bacon and cheese for R25 extra which I felt was pricy. Burger was below average patty tasted like a supermarket patty yet overall the cost was over R120. Fries were decent but the burger was rather disgusting and didn't taste nice at all. Couldn't even finish it. My companion ordered lamb chops with veggies, the veggies were nice but the lamb chops were inedible and had a weird taste to them. Price was over R200 for inedible food. I'm shocked this place has existed for so long serving such substandard food at premuim prices. I will go back to try the pizzas because apparently those are decent atleast. As things stand, I wouldn't recommend, stay away from this place and have a healthier stomach and wallet. Will update once I have had the pizza. The setting is lovely. Spacious, good decor. Service was slow.. just one waiter and many behind the counter. Pizzas were average. Falafel burger was delicious. Great vegetarian variety. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 350–400

Aesthetically decorated - check Wide variety of amazing drinks - check Service was a bit slow even though there were a few patrons.. The food looked and tasted amazing, except for the chicken lasagne ( it was dry and flavorless ). I would go back in hopes of a better experience! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Ordered pasta and pizza. The ham was grey and cream in the pasta was off and sour completely. The prosciutto on the pizza was rotten and grey and there was fake parmesan scattered on cooked break with no pizza base sauce at all. The rocket served on top was also brown and off. We couldn't even eat our meal despite paying almost R300 for it Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Best pizza, best steak, best atmosphere. Meant to take pictures of our happy hour cocktails and food but got caught up. The staff are amazing and go the extra mile. There is a wide variety of delicious meals for every taste, even the little one's. And they do breakfast too.

Don't know someone who don't like their pizza's. Although they don't sell alcohol, you are allowed to bring your own wine. This could be a cheap outing then. Nice warm ambiance in the winter months.

Great food, terribly slow service! Called ahead, told to wait 15-20 minutes. Arrive to collect in 20 mins and told to wait an extra 10 minutes which turned into another 30 minutes!
