The food here is always delicious. I have had many of their options and never disappointed. Their sweet tea is consistently good. Their spring rolls are delicious! The old man that stands in the middle of the floor looks mean but I don't think he means any harm. The staff is nice and courteous. I'm a fan of this spot and think their fried rice is top 3 in the area. We had a fabulous birthday dinner recently at Delicacy. We ordered the full duck with pancakes and side veggies. We also ordered Beef and Scallops and Moo Shu Pouch with Tofu. These were all spiced appropriately. We appreciated that they did not have too much sauce as most Chinese American restaurants do. The service at this little spot is top notch! I did not once wonder where my server was. I think this is unheard of these days! They gladly gave us extra in house hot mustard and chili oil. We will be visiting again very soon. Not good .I'm so sorry to write this review, but the food was awful today. Extremely greasy fried dumplings and spring rolls inedible. Gross. I understand they are busy, but throwing food together is not the answer. We work hard for our money and can do better. I'm going to give it a break. Three stars for beef and friendly service. I recently ordered about $30 of food from this establishment online. With explicit instructions to cook all the vegetables until VERY soft (because I have limited chewing capacity). My order was not only cooked to perfection, but was absolutely delicious. Probably the best Chinese cuisine that I've had in a long time. And when I picked it up, I was greeted by a fine gentleman who was friendly, cordial and nice, and funny. Great food and lovely experience. We ate here recently, our first time. It's a small quiet place, and the service was good, but the food was definitely not as good as expected (based on reviews). The "wok" mixed vegetables were totally without flavor, and the roast duck should have been taken off the menu. We should have sent it back (but didn't) because we could NOT eat it -- full of bones, fat, and very little meat; the left-overs are destined for the dog or the trash. We ordered takeout and the spicy chicken was loaded with so much sodium it wasn’t edible! Fried rice was dry and hibachi chicken didn’t have much flavor at all. Egg rolls were decent! This place is amazing! The food is fantastic and the staff is phenomenal! They are so sweet and I noticed they had a lot of regulars come in that they would joke around with. Really was an awesome experience and I can't wait to go back!

Good food but Wonton soup could use some scallions and pork strips.(plain) Roast pork has nice strips of meat but a bit plain tasting.
