19 January 2024 (Waikiki Denny's) So, I order a Denver omelette and a glass of water. I noticed the glass looked a little frosty. It wasn't until I quickly drank the water that I noticed it wasn't frost but gunk!!! I let the manager know and he thanks me for informing him. Don't eat here!!! If I get sick, I'm definitly pressing charges. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just spent $30 at the Jimmy Carter boulevard in Norcross. The food was horrible the gravy had been watered down and we're not even edible the coffee was as cold as ice. And now I'm sick to my stomach. This location should be shut down. You have nothing but crackheads running it. You should be ashamed to serve anything like this. Dennys needs to fix this issue yesterday. I"m astonished that you would ruin your Dinner service for online,grubhub,dash and ubber ect. Your loyal clients get 1.5 hr wait with a near empty lobby yet days in a roll. Screens full and floors lined with bags all to go orders. Waiter and waitresses loose there pay which needs looked by each state they work for tips and they are having to tell custo.ers we can seat you although your food can be 1 hour and up before. This us very Hostile and you should the reaction Customers and Employees. Course manager turns and hides cause salery and bonus on sales. I personally plan on sending this complaint further. Think of the true happenings here food quality and most of all safety. Bags of food lining floor as I witnessed 12/24/2023 and also my visit 12/25/2023 I was turned away over 2/3 of your seating empty in Dinner and told 1.5 hrs wait. Terrible I will take this to social media and also labor board to help protect our low paid servers forced a horrible wage basically stand by assist and no Tips. You are ruining a company garantee sales are there but wait the bite is coming. Its not all about when the Circus is town. Remember this is a trend and a real issue and rule 1 bad customer tells 10 so you know the rule. Hope you enjoyed your day.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Long story short... A gratuity is added to an online order before it is earned. My family's meal was messed up twice, two different orders, two different days. I called to rectify the issues but was met with hostility from the local supervising employee. That left me calling corporate to request the refund for the gratuity and the difference in what I ordered versus what I received. Not unreasonable, I paid for something I didn't get. I should have received from the local store but have yet to receive a follow-up call or any communication for that matter. I even tried to reach so one via Facebook and was advised 3 to 5 days for a response, nothing... Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t understand how you advertise a product and the restaurant doesn’t have the equipment installed to prepare it or ever have it in stock. This is an issue in California and Nevada. The product in question is the Apple Crisp. The employees come up with stupid excuses on why they don’t have it. I’ve driven to or called every restaurant in my area with no success. Denny’s you need to do better or take the item off the menu.

The 2 Dennys in Tulsa are discussing ... employees look dirty and I felt uncomfortable .. order food didn't eat it all .. Homeless people around that's sad .. My husband a Vietnam Vet was looking forward to the thank you grand slam. Called talked to Chris he said hurry over as its only good till noon. Got there your restaurant was packed. We left and went o theWaffle House and had our breakfast that we paid for. So much for the thank you for your service grand slam. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Fairview, Tennessee location. GM Joshua. Complete 360 degree turnaround. Food was hot and fresh. Staff attentive and approachable. Completely different from two months ago. I drive a truck so I experience Denny’s restaurants across the nation. Best restaurant I’ve seen from you guys. Five Stars!! Worst customer service of my life. I had a fraudulent charge as to which I had a police report. The reps were the worst ppl to deal with. I managed to let them know that police would be calling them and they said they would not give info of the fraudulent charge to the police. I said are you serious? That would be obstructing the investigation. The rep had no sense at all. I called again and got another rep. I was so cordial with both reps and idk what the first rep said to the second one, but he obviously lied or embellished something because she was very unprofessional and uncooperative. Unless she was just unreasonable as she was just because she’s like that. Idk but they are the worst. Boycott this company. They don’t pay employees well anyways. May as well put your staff in a sweat shop. Service: 1

The worst thing I have to say I visit your Denny's in Wickenburg Arizona. The cooks were terrible. There was only two tables that had people in it, and it took over a half hour before we got our food. This is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous and something needs to be done about it. This is the second review I have sent. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
