This Denny's is by far the best location in the Treasure Valley! Zac my server was awesome he always came to my table to see if I needed anything else. For some reason the manager doesn’t really seem to care how they serve customers. I’m not sure why they don’t teach employees to correctly read an order and how come they shrug it off like it’s nothing. I ordered a Jr Kids Slam and received 4 sausage links and eggs. No pancakes, no grapes. Nothing else . My side of Mac and cheese was suppose to come with banana’s too, didn’t get any of that. They thought it was just okay to throw in extra hashbrowns and eggs. I paid for what I ordered not what you guys felt like making. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before, this is truly a disappointment. And the fact that they’re not doing anything about it either is where it gets worse. The manager HUNG up on me. We started with nachos which were very tasty and the portion was huge! My wife fully enjoyed her chicken fried steak and potatoes and my Cali club sandwich with tots was very good. We finished with the Strawberry Pancake Puppies that were delicious - like donuts! Our server was excellent, very attentive, keeping our drinks full and getting us anything we needed. I give this Deny’s a 1 star rating for a very specific reason. I asked the very nice young lady serving food why they had fans everywhere. She stated their AC wasn’t working. I overheard some of the employees stating that they were feeling sick because of the heat but the owners don’t care enough to repair/replace the AC unit. Clearly they don’t care about customers either! This is the United States of America in the 21st century. This should NOT be allowed! I believe strongly in supporting local businesses and understanding costs and expenditures but this is not safe (at over 100 degrees today) or humane! FIX YOUR AC!!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Underwhelming. Assumed all Denny's would share the high standards I have found in others in this franchise, but not so. I was meeting a friend staying near the airport but won't make that recommendation again. Dirty and sketchy. The one positive was our very friendly server. For a while, you were actually being honest and saying you weren’t 24/7. So, when I saw that you’re open 24 hours again, I assumed you figured out your staffing issue. I drove over here, only to find…. you’re CLOSED! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

beautiful dishes, but the morning was overshadowed by the fact that there were no steaks: / and the cape that was in the pan was very dirty and interrupted the appetite. and to be honest, the taste of the dish in the pan, let's say - for an amateur, but personally, I certainly won't order this again! 3 pieces of chicken and a whole pan of potatoes and peppers. We picked a friend up at the airport tonight and stopped for dinner at Denny's while the highway cleared. I didn't expect much but was very surprised. They had an all male waiting staff and some older than usual and the service was absolutely excellent. Oftentimes we have had. Denney's be out of alot of things on their menu but tonight they were out of nothing! The food came quickly and was very good. We thought it was reasonably priced. They reminded us they give an ARP discount to seniors and had a nice choice of senior meals that are reasonably priced. I would go to the Denney's near the airport any time. The one in Meridian a bit less so. We had salmon and salad and an omelette and all were very tasty and senior prices under ten dollars each. Amazing! Had a fantastic time with great service and some of the best prepared food I’ve ever had at a chain restaraunt. They take their jobs seriously and it was a great experience! Even made a “happy boyday” lava cake to match the celebration we were having. I walked in thinking “I don’t know why we’re going to Denny’s” and walked out thinking I wanted to go there for my next celebration.
