I went and sat in the bar area because I was meeting a study group there and we needed the space and table area and it was perfect. The waitress who was this older Hispanic lady was so very kind and attentive and I jist absolutely loved her! It was like spending time with my own Grandma. And she made sure we were taken care of and checked on us often and she served the food when it came up and she was just amazing. Food was great too btw. We are actually still sitting in the restaurant and just had to leave this review. Our waiter is Kevin and he has been absolutely amazing!!! He has been super friendly and just on top of everything. My oldest son is antisocial and agreed to come out to breakfast and even he is happy with Kevin and has enjoyed the wonderful conversation with him. Also, there is a gentleman in a wheelchair here and they are waiting to help him out to his car!! That is what I call customer service that is above and beyond!! The food was delicious and correct and just nailed our craving. My oldest ordered a t bone medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. My mom got the bourbon bacon BBQ burger and was mad she couldn't finish it all. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and YUMMY!!! My middle got chocolate chip pancakes and bacon... Drove by several times before Xmas and sign said open 24/7. Nothing about closed on Xmas. Tried to take my wife for a birthday drink this morning and they were closed. Sign still says open 24/7. I totally get that staff want to be home with their family on the holidays, just take down the 24/7 sign! Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Normally this Dennys is consistent but today was an utter fail. Server given all she had but the cook couldn't have been more off. How do you mess up harshbrowns? Burnt them and still sent them? Managers shouldn't be cooks! 20 percent off doesn't cover having to go somewhere else to get a decent meal. We won't be back. Hopefully they can get it together. How do you mess up a simple breakfast plate? So disappointing we should have left like 3 other in line waiting for table. Came in today for breakfast with 3 kids and 2 adults and was put on a waiting list. We had waited for about 15 minutes and a party of 7 came in and a random waitress or supervisor came and sat them IMMEDIATELY. We could’ve been sat at that table so we found that extremely rude. The brand new hostess (wonderful lady) apologized for the way that just happened and the same lady who sat the table of 7 before us even though we had waited for it said “sorry we have a lot of new people here” l then made it clear that it was HER mistake NOT the new girls. She don’t even look at the list the new girl had made for people waiting and sat a family that had literally just walked in over a family that had waited over 15 minutes for a spot. We walked out after she tried to blame the other girl for her ignorance. No one but the hostess needs to be picking seats that’s not her job and she ruined what the other girl was doing correctly and upset waiting customers. I’m happy the other people got to have a good morning though good for them! Service: 1

Came in for a late ⏰️ supper with my mom. Enjoyed the salmon, rice pilaf, and steamed broccoli. Food was delicious, made to perfection. Even with a special request to ensure the broccoli was soft enough for my mom to eat. Eloisa was our server. She was incredibly attentive, funny, and even remembered my name, from my last visit a month ago. Michael (D) was wonderful. Friendly and really went out of his was to assist us out to the car. 🚗 we really stretched him thin, as he was literally holding both doors open simultaneously. We will definitely be back to this location. The staff here are fabulous. Working together you can see them communicating well, joking, smiling. Supporting each other and lending a hand. I had forgotten to take my To- go order. Called back and spoke with Kimmie on the phone who was so kind. She recognized me and appologize for any inconvenience. Great staff, delicious food, and an enjoyable atmosphere. I've never been so upset coming to this place like I did today. I always tell my friends this is the place to go but after today I'm not sure. I asked for hot chocolate and never got it. It was not busy at all but our waitress forgot to get our waters and the hot chocolate. Our food came before the water. Then we asked for extra fries....got charged for those but never actually got them. Nor did we get the hot chocolate. I was told Alex is the manager...and I'm sorry Alex but as someone who's worked at a restaurant for years....I gotta say, u gotta train your workers. Usually when we come we get GREAT service and GREAT food. However tonight I can NOT say that. From the chicken strips being so tough and overcooked we couldn't even chew them. They had a rubber texture. Then our food came my seasoned fries were burned. Sorry but whoever the cook was tonight from 1150 pm needs to relearn how to use a fryer. Or maybe it should be turned down. Our server, Crystal didn't seem to have the time to actually be our server. Even tho there was only one other table besides us. She did a total drop and run. Didn't see her again until it was time to deliver the ticket. She was very friendly and personable but just seemed too busy in the back to concentrate on her customers. So sad.
