Our school played in a baseball tournament today 3/8/24. We gave the restaurant almost zero notice for 30 people for dinner. The Manager Eddie and his staff went above and beyond for our baseball team. We travelled up to Beatty from Sandy Valley, NV. It was a long day outside and our boys were hungry. The food was great. A young gal named Serenity took care of us and everyone who came in while we were there. It was a fairly slow time. Serenity was very pleasant, tentatively, caring. I was so impressed I asked if I could hug her. I have never done that ín fifty years of dining out. Dennys Serenity is an asset!!! Came in 6pm on 01/19/24. Food came out quick, but coffee refills did not. After 30mins of my server never coming around I flagged down a dish guy. He found my server and finally refilled coffee. After that refill was empty, another 40 minutes go by and no sign of my server. I just left at this point, payed bill but no tip for sure. The night manager, Edward, is always great at making sure we're taken care of. The 1 time our order was wrong he had it corrected and was completely humble about the error. Kindness goes a long way! 2pm 1/09/24 You need more servers like Williams. i think that was the name on my receipt. She saved me a couple dollars by not being one of those greedy charge u for a extra dipping sauce type of employees. Her actions deserved a 40% tip which I left. Food was good too.
