Got a taro mochi bun by this shop from an Asian market in the IE. I guess they carry some of their products. Chewed into a piece of the bread and got egg shell. The crunch and feeling of the egg shell ruined the bun for me, unfortunately :/ Please double check not to drop egg shells into your batter. Food: 1

Rude person who helps in the front, seriously! no customer service skills at all. And I get it, my order was not a huge cake but who order a big cake this days with Covid anyway, I manage a store and every dollar count, big or small orders....I guess they have enough business that don't need mine. I just left and take my order somewhere else
