Just bought two pieces of chicken—supposedly chicken—, and the guy working there said yes when I asked if they were new. I think I disagree. The two pieces of chicken were hard has wood and not even edible. Besides, it is very expensive. No service, no good food and being expensive! Those two finger-size wood-like-pieces are $5.50!! So lastnight I was hungry myself and my husband went in to get some chicken.. I use to love their food but last night I got the 2 thigh and roll my thighs still had feathers on them also flour and batter was still on the chicken in pockets.I also got 10 spicy wings . This place really fell off I was scared to eat my spicy wings after that, the drink fountain wasn’t very clean and slush machine wasn’t very slush…. They have always been extremely nice. With tonight as an exception. I Visited the store tonight and the clerk, . Tiffany was completely RUDE!!!!!. I originally just got chicken strips for my order and then I changed my mind and asked for the combo. She rolled her eyes at me and was like “Is there anything else you can I can get for you”. She had a bad attitude. Years ago I worked at a Dodges chicken in Pensacola Florida, and I would never dream treating a guest like that. I’ve come to this place for years. It is on my way to work. But recently I’ve noticed the place is filthy. The floors are a mess and wet sometimes. The fountain drink area unbelievably dirty. The staff is not as nice as it use to be. The food has always been good not always available. Pls get this store back on track. DIRTY FILTY bathrooms and floors ...toilet paper was WET....bathroom so bad I almost got sick but had to urinate so held my breath. Gross. Please clean your bathrooms and station floors. Filled up gas tank. Got a snack and left. The blonde lady was nice but kept scratching her scalp. And then got my food and sauces with no gloves and long nails. Good chow, the only thing I could imagine changing would be to go back to how you did the biscuits and gravy a few years back where they would take an entire sausage biscuit and tear it up in front of you and pour gravy over it on a long styrofoam plate. Besides that I can honestly say your food is one of a few places I wake up dreaming about. I went to this exact location yesterday and my son went in to get a breakfast sandwich. Before he went in I sat there discussing the importance of wearing a mask during this time of the pandemic. To my surprise, I am watching people go inside and come out WITHOUT A MASK. Nevermind the huge sign in front of the store telling customers to wear one. The station was not enforcing this directive. I could not believe that a business would definitely blatantly disregard public safety. This was a huge blow to their company. I can only hope this failure does not speak to the company standard or policy for public and employee safety. Even though people choose to not mask up, it does not mean that we should allow public ignorant zeal to overcome health and safety at any level. Please provide them the assistance they need to comply with safety regulations. Employees and innocent customers are at risk. Unfortunately, they have lost my business.

I’ve been coming here every morning for 4 years. The “crew” thats there now is AWFUL. Worst Ive ever seen, coffe machine constantly broke, never any coffee, workers have major attitudes. This place has plummeted in quality and customer service. Its very sad. I hope upper management pays attention. I don't like coming on here to bash any company at all especially after the hard times we're all going through...However I pass by here every morning on my way to work and have been wanting to check this place out. I stopped by here on my way home with the kids and wanted to grab something for the 4 for us...Nothing crazy just get something in our stomach for the hour ride home. $14.40 total (no biggie) Saw the Small cup of chicken (figured we should be able to get about 5 pieces of nugget size chicken from it each) and 2 apple pies (I thought were the "goJo's(no...that's the potato wedges advertised at 2 for $3.99.....2 potato wedges....ITS POTATOES!!) The chicken was good....but they were CRUMBS!! $8.99 FOR CRUMBS!!! this is 10 pieces....OF CRUMBS!! That cup must of been stuffed with paper on the bottom to look fuller than it was....cus that's not what it looked like at all!! I could have fit it all in 1 hand. And I don't have big hands.... Usually great but today I got to work and discovered there was no egg or cheese on my stake egg and cheese biscuit . Seems like you have to ck your order everywhere you go anymore. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
