Fabulous experience!!!! Ordered food early this am for a 1pm delivery for a Birthday surprise. Came right on time!!! Pizza and food was hot and fresh and well made. Great job to this Dominos location, manager, and employees. Delivered a nice product!!! Keep it up.

Was served this garbage. They didn't charge me and I still feel like I overpaid. No sauce on the pizza, tablespoons of grease in the cheese dip, they forgot to put a lid on the cheese and grease poured everywhere, soaking through the boxes and ruining my jeans. I'm also not sure how they manage to burn and undercook the pizza at the same time, but the cheese was not done and the crust was burned. Edit: These are my jeans after washing them. That's the amount of grease that poured off the cheese dip, through the box, and through my jeans. It ruined my pants. Nothing about the food served was acceptable, and handing someone a box with a tub of uncovered hot grease in it is just idiotic. Thankfully it wasn't burn the skin hot because it would have burned me instead of just destroying my clothing before I even opened the box.

What a joke. Ordered pizza for 4 pm Saturday pickup. There's nobody at the store and the lights are off. We've been charged and now have to figure out how to get a refund. Do not order from here! UPDATE: They charged our card a few days later for a pizza they never made on a day they didn't show up to work. That is FRAUD. We will never order from them again and I suggest nobody else order from them either. We had to issue a charge back via the credit card company to get our money back.

I ordered two pizzas for pickup. One was correct, the other was not made as ordered. They made a replacement while my other pizza got good and cold. The customer before me was super pissed about the service he wasn't receiving, the customer after me came in to find out that the order Dominos took from them couldn't even be made due to being out of alfredo sauce. When my fixed pizza was finished they just put on the shelf with zero concern or awareness that I had been waiting for it for almost 15 minutes. I finally had to shout out to have them get me my pizza. These guys are oblivious to managing priorities and delivering any decent level of customer service. I didn't receive nor did I hear anybody else receive an apology for the ongoing mistakes that were being made. Many of the other reviews left here are 1 star, and there is NO sign of any owner or someone from corporate who gives a damn about customer feedback by providing some type of response. I do not recommend this location. The staff is completely under trained. Orders are wrong, wait times are long, and customer service is non-existent. There's good reason why their stock price has dropped so dramatically. More than any other pizza chain out there. I am finished with Domino's. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This ridiculous I wanted for long time. For my order it arrive cold and burnt. Noone answer the phone at this location. We could eat dinner last night. I had to make food with took me from frozen ABout 11 before anyone could eat this unexpectedable I want a refund. We do not eat out at all when I do this what we get. I am.on hold for 2 hrs still no answer. I'm at work today and called this morning still no answer. So I be going up their. This very unprofessional the owner needs to do something. Took like 40 minutes to make my emergency pizza order which is fine, but when I went to pick it up after the Domino’s pizza tracker said it was ready, they said they aren’t honoring any emergency pizza orders and they cancelled my order. Only giving one star because there isnt any star below rhis. The manager ringed wrong receipt when asked about it shouted to leave the store. Dont have any minute customer sense. I ordered from this location on 01/25 at 10:30pm and today is 01/26 noon and I have not received my order and the tracker still shows it is on its way. Contacting Customer Service is just a bot that waste your time and never gets you help and the store doesnt answer the phone. Call another pizza place do not order from here. I waited 3 hours for my order to arrive and when I called was told there was only 1 driver so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after being told several times that it was out on delivery and waiting for 2 hours I was annoyed. When we got our order we received an extra box and was confused on what it was since we didn’t order it. Only to find out that it was half eaten food sitting with the rest of our order in the bag. I’m disgusted at how this could get past someone or multiple people and the sanitary of it all

Ordered a large pizza and cheesy bites at 4:20 and waited an hour for it to be delivered. Called and they said it was delivered and it never was! So they were going to remake it and deliver it again. Waited another another hour. Called again and had to end up going to pick it up! DON'T ORDER From Here!!!!!!!!!!
