Visitors don't highly appreciate pizza at this pizzeria. Domino's Pizza offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Many people mention that the service is terrific. But google users rated this place and it didn't gain a high rating.

Last 2 times I ordered for delivery, they make my pizza and then let it sit for 20 minutes before they leave to deliver it, then it’ll take another 20-30 minutes to deliver it even tho I’m only 5 minutes away. Never had issues with dominos before ordering from this location. Super annoying, they offer to give a free pizza and for what? To get another pizza that sits for an hour before you get your cold gross pizza? Lol Food: 1 Service: 2

Last night, my girlfriend and I ordered 3 pizza's, a cheesy bread, 3 drinks, and 3 dipping sauces. One of the pizza's had an additional topping that wasn't requested and the dipping sauces we missing. When we called about the issue, we were told it would take 30 minutes to get a new pizza made. No big deal. My issue is the fact that when I get the pizza, it's once again has an added topping not asked for. How do you mess up a remake for the same issue you had before? This isn't the first time a problem has happened at this location, but we were hoping since it was the new year, the issues would go away. I guess not. Well it’s domino’s. Cheep pizza, & they always got a good deal. I love the bread twists, or parmesan bites, with cheese marinara dip. The buy 2 for $6.99 mix and match is a good choice if ya wanna save a couple bucks. I go to 2802 grand ave.

I'm staying in a hotel here in Billings. When I put the address in accidentally switched two digits. The address I put in was a business within walking distance of the Dominos. Well, instead of calling me they just trashed my order. When I called they had an attitude, then put a smart comment on my pizza box. Also, I didn't get my ranch I paid for.

This is not our normal go to dominos but since we had been on this side of town we decided to get our pizza here this time. It was very clean, everyone was friendly & my 2 boys loved that they could watch their pizza being made. It also had a large chalk wall they drew pictures on while we waited.

I love this location and it is the best Domino's in Billings MT!! The food is always delicious and delivered with care. I did receive the wrong pizza one time, but before I could even call to let them know, they had already apologized for the mistake and quickly remedied it. I'm a customer for life if they continue what they always have!!

I've been a Domino's customer for years and years and this particular store is honestly the best of the bunch. Always friendly with their walk-ins and always prompt (not to mention hot) with their deliveries. Highly recommend this store if you're going to eat any dominos pizza.

My Domino’s order tonight was awful. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza but I got a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and beef. It didn’t taste good. The cinnamon breadsticks were overcooked. Money wasted. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had issues with this Domino’s and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered two simple salads online paid online and just pulled up to the dominoes and took forever for them to even come to the window and say they didn’t have any salads. Oh so that was kind of annoying but it’s not really the employees fault that the website didn’t get my order in soon enough so I’d say my visit was medium nothing against the workers I know it’s not their fault but still kind of was irritating
