Just picked up are pizza at 1130pm they forgot to give me a whole pizza large pepp ham bacon. Then my Philly pizza instead of mushrooms they put green olives on it. Both the wings had little sauce on them and I asked for them to be cooked twice but they were not. We spent 55 dollars on food and got nothing right. I will be calling tomorrow and I expect my order correct and free. Update: I called last night in attempt to inform them of the issue and they were already not answering as it was 12:17am so I called today only to be told that there was nothing they can do but remake one of the pizzas and when I questioned them as to why, the guy hung up on me. I called back only to be hung up on two additional times not to mention I still have no remakes or refund for the pizza I did not receive . As much as I have ordered from this store, I will never order from here again! Final update: Kennedy contacted us from the store and was extremely understanding and apologized for the issue. She was able to make it right by fixing our incorrect items and did not hesitate to make it right. Thank you, Kennedy. That was all we could ask for.

Everything was great as usually. I tell the wife all the time “best Dominos ever”. Today I ordered cinna twists and they just didn’t even bake it. This is not usual of them. Big disappointment though.

I am not a fan of dominos but the likes it, I let it slide when when we got married. I ve been here a few times and usually decent. This time they were a little busy. Email says its ready, the screen inside the store says ready but took another 5 or so minutes. Not a big deal, but don't mark it ready when its clearly not, just a way to pad the numbers ino. Also the staff was verbally arguing with a customer in the drive up window. Not a good look, no matter if the customer was a little ghetto, still not a good look. I always tip. But he took money not his as a tip. He kept my change. I don't appreciate that at all. I love pizza hut food. The employees are not great 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

Horrible service, the guy at the fro t was high didn’t get my order right. They couldn’t figure out caused sense. When trying to call for a manger hung up on them get the manger who is cussing and hangs up on you. Just horrible! Ordered delivery and I had missing items. No problem, Michael said he would get the items and come back. We waited 30min before calling the store the FIRST time. They said he was on his way to us. We waited another 25min before calling again. Then was told we would get a $5 credit when we were missing about $10-$15 worth of items. We asked for a refund and was told they would have someone come pick up the pizza in about an hour and could get a refund if all the slices were still there. I worked for Dominos when I was 17/18 and my manager would've had a fit if a customer had received service like this from our store. Solely team pizza hut from now on.

Its's been an hour and a half since I placed my order and the driver is 5 miles further north of me than the store. Tried to call for help, and couldn't reach anybody who had any idea what was going on. Update: It finally got here and was cold. Great job Domino's, nailed it.

Called in the order at 7:24. 8:00 still waiting and asked where my order was. They went to the shelf and handed it to me like it had just been put there. Got home and had wrong toppings! Did not order jalapenos.

I love pizza but I absolutely hate this store. The workers are very rude, especially the manager. There is always something wrong with my order every single time I order. Last time I placed an order I was in the parking lot. I like to order from my app because I get points. It said my order would be ready at 3:46. I placed the order at 3:36. I drove to the window to let them know I was there. She said it was in oven pull around to back window and wait. A guy finally came to back window at 4:10 and asked my name. He went checked and of course my order had been ready. I received my order at 4:11. It wasn't even hot. I emailed customer service because like I said I hate dealing with this store because the manager is so rude. I still haven't heard from the customer support. It's been 2 weeks now. Poor service, poor management, poor customer support. Shame on Domino's.
