This pizzeria guarantees you nicely cooked pizza. Food delivery is a big plus of Domino's Pizza. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A number of visitors point out that the service is terrific. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I reordered thin crust pizza. When I got the message “it’s done , come inside store “from domino’s tracker, I saw there was only one person was in the bakery section. My pizza was still sitting on the open oven tray . I found that pizza was burned black in colour. I took the pizza n tasted it in my car, that was burnt badly. I returned to the shop n showed him, the person who delivered the pizza , said it’s not my Mistake, someone made this. He called the manager . Manager said that they have standard making procedures which is 7 minutes in the oven. It’s not burned. I said I tasted it, it’s badly burned and it’s my reorder. I know the taste. But he denied. I said I will share my concerns in google review. He said, it’s ok. I feels like they don’t have a quality check or they are not checking quality. I’m expecting good quality from this famous company.
My parents and I almost have a tradition of getting pizza when we travel and stay here. It has always been good until tonight. 1 of our 3 pizzas was burned. Another pizza wasn’t even what we ordered (suppose to be 3 topping, it was 2 and not what was ordered). 3rd pizza didn’t even have toppings to the edge. Should have looked at reviews before ordering… Likely won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a bacon/sausage pizza for carry out, and when I arrived and looked at my pizza prior to paying, I mentioned to the worker there was minimal bacon. He rudely told me that ingredients are weighted out and he doesn’t know what to tell me, but he mentioned there’s bacon on every slice. I turned my food towards him and let him know that he was very rude, and pointed out there isn’t bacon on every slice. He said “well, like I said…. Enjoy your pizza”. I politely asked him to refund my money because his attitude was extremely disgusting. He said “great” and counted out my money. His demeanor and sense of not giving a F was very apparent. I am now at the location on Clarkson road where the food and customer service is always exceptional, but this is very frustrating to me as Long road is closest to my home. Not to mention, the worker had a huge distracting hickey on his neck which was completely unprofessional.

I ordered pizza today and it was "preparing" for about one hour. It said that Jordan was preparing it. I called dominos 15 minutes before it closed to ask why it has been preparing for that long. No one answered my call. I called multiple times and it was just ringing. I waited about one hour for my food. They canceled my order at midnight, right when they closed. If they didn't feel like making food, they should have canceled my order a lot sooner not right when they close. It is your job, do your job right or don't work. I gave you guys enough time to make my food. I sure hope I get my money back as well as the tip. If you guys want pizza... just order from somewhere else.
Went online to place a delivery order on Friday evening. At 5:53 the app told us “Jordan” started preparing our order and we should expect delivery in 60-70 minutes. After 70 minutes the app still said prepping so we called. When the store answered we were told the store received our order 5 minutes before it would take 2 hours. We were shocked and asked how that could be since the app said Dominos was working our order. At that point our order was abruptly canceled and the call disconnected. Unprovoked rudeness!! Wasted time. Don’t waste your time

They wouldn’t answer the phones to take our order (and the app wasn’t working). So we went to the store to order 20 pizzas for a gymnastics party (in 5 hours). They turned me away and said they can’t help us. So… we gave our money to East Coast Pizza, who gladly took it and made all our pizzas. Whatever…
Had a birthday party today and we ordered Domino's pizza from the location on Long Road in Chesterfield. First of all, tried to call and order pizza so we could use a gift card. Could not get anyone to answer. Went online and ordered pizza....could not pay with gift card. So driver shows up at location, says the pizza's still need to be paid for. He told me I needed to call the store to pay for the pizza and that it would take about 2 minutes because of the phone system they have. I call...am on hold...I told him I was still waiting for someone to answer. He tells me I have 1 minute or he was going to return the order back to the store. (Should have just said cool...take it back and forget about it) As I was telling him that I was still waiting for them to answer, the phone picks up and disconnects me. So aggregated, I followed him to the store so I could pay for the pizza. He took the delivery charge off...which is good. Proceeds to tell me how the new franchise owners could care less about the issues they are having with their ordering system. If your customer service sucks...then your customer service sucks. The whole experience sucked. Should have just paid the extra for East Coast Pizza. They even shorted our order. Worst experience.
Really solid pizza, but ngl just skip the wings from here and get some from a local bar.
Do NOT use this Domino's location (Long Road). Ordered Pizza for delivery last night and order never came. Tried to call the store directly twice, but no one answered. Today at 3:00PM, doorbell rang and pizza order with receipt was left at front door. Called store directly and spoke to representative and he was extremely beligerant, rude and denied the event entirely. We offered to send pic of receipt and food, and he hung up on us. Would never give them any business again. Would give 0 stars if possible.
