Peter was extremely professional and the pizzas he produced were perfect. As a former employee of this store I know what their product should look like and he definitely went above and beyond I am very impressed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a pizza, it was close to close I admit. But they took my order. I still had not received what I paid for & they refuse to answer their phone after close. They consistently provide much less than poor service. It's like they are afraid to actually work or a good experience for their customers. This is the last time I will be ordering from Dominos in Sheridan. I was again this evening met with remarkably terrible customer service. I arrived at the store at 10:56, after getting a notification my order was ready at 10:48. Because of my last experience, i made sure to allow extra time. When i came in, the one employee i see looks at me and then continues making pizzas, not saying a word. I stand and wait in front of the counter for 3-4 minutes while this gentleman continues to not acknowledge my existence. I had to leave the store and drive around the back just to make sure there were other employees somewhere because I was clearly not going to be helped by the person in there. Finally go back inside to get my order and did tell the person who actually decided to talk to me what i experienced. This man absolutely did not care. Not even a sorry. Had nothing to say. Pizza tastes just fine, however one of them made wrong. Ridiculously long wait time. None of that would be a big deal if there was even an ounce of genuine customer service. It is very clear there is not going to be at this location. This is the 2nd time in the last month I have ordered from here and had this experience.

Ordered and delivery time was supposed to be 40 minutes no big deal but the tracker said it wasn’t even prepped called just to check & they said it was going in oven & they were short staffed. I can understand that too but when my wife how much longer the young man on the phone became rude. We’ve ordered many times and it seems to keep getting worse. Definitely done.

Update: refund NEVER received! GM and manager were at Sturgis so apparently I can't get a refund. Wasted 16 bucks on a burnt pizza! Great staff. Unfortunately my pizza was burned. Contacted the store and they offered to refund me the pizza cost. Everything else was delicious!

Ordered some pizza last night and it definitely wasn’t a very big order. Took them forever to deliver and it was past 11pm and when it finally arrived the pizza was hard and there was none of there garlic herb butter stuff they put on there crusts. Received an email with an offer to make things better I’m assuming for the extreme wait time and I accepted the offer for a free medium pizza. Went to place my free pizza order tonight and it’s claiming I have to wait 48 hours to be able to use it. I went to call the store and was on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up mind you it’s not quite 10pm yet at this point. They picked up the phone and it was completely silent no matter how many times I said hello. So I used another phone giving them the benefit of the doubt. Phone rings and I’m waiting 15+ minutes and some guy answered and then hung up not even seconds prior to me even able to respond. Called from a friends phone and same thing waiting on the phone for 10+ minutes and they picked up but no response… I am highly disappointed and not happy by the level of disrespect and no regards of customer service!

Went to order a pizza one night at about 10:30 got a call an hour later that they were closed. No problem didn’t even argue with them. A few weeks later went to order again and found out they have us on a no not deliver list. It’s so petty it’s almost funny because we were really nice about it, I guess they just didn’t wanna deliver a pizza and got scared to deliver to us again least we call them out. Deleted the app and won’t order again. There was always something wrong with our orders anyways, but we’re not the type of people to complain about anything really. But petty is petty and I’m feeling it today. So bad review is the best I can do for now.
