Order 3 pizzas and garlic knots online. Drove over 30 min to get to the location and then back home. Got home and the pizzas had practically no sauce on them/dry as a bone and the garlic knots where just plain bread. Not the first time the garlic knots have been a joke but this was literally just bread. Called and told them we lived far away. Would have been happy with just a coupon or refund for the Garlic knots as we didn’t get what we paid for. Was told “sorry” you gotta spend come all the way so we can look at them. So I gotta spend 2 hour’s worth of gas to get reimbursed for Dominos mistake. I will never do business with these folks again. Go to Pizza Hut or US Pizza in town. Better pizza, WAY better customer service.

When I ordered it said delivery in half-hour to 45min. After I hour and 15 minutes I called to check and was told my delivery wasn't scheduled for another 3 1/2hrs! That's 4.5hrs for pizza delivery. I WAS a regular customer. If that's the best you can do, PAPA JOHNS here I come. And there wasn't anything special on TV to cause high volume. Enjoying a cheese pizza. Beware of the free pizza deal with Dominos. First off , this is the second free pizza situation at this location. I have never ordered a cheese pizza. Except when ordering the free pizza apparently. No matter how much time is spent adding toppings to said pizza. Call the store and they want me to drive back up there and return them the pizza. Lol BTW, I ordered extra items with this order. They actually were correct. I pointed out that this was the second time I ordered a free pizza that the order was incorrect. Pitiful customer service. I guess it will be Marco’s or Bernard’s from now on. However, if you like plain cheese pizza and pitiful customer service I recommend this location.

Awful Service A couple of months ago I ordered and paid online at the 2nd St. Cabot AR store. I drove there at the time it said, my order was not done, waited 20 minutes, still not done. I waited another 20 minutes, parked and went inside to be treated like scum-sludge dirt. My order was Still not in the oven. I asked to speak to the manager. An argument ensued with all 4 men and another person. I said I would not be back again to which I was told they were "sure the place would not shut down because I no longer ordered from there". I asked again to speak to the manager waited another 20 minutes to find out one of them Was the manager. Other customers came in and were not treated well either. I really liked the food there but because of the service...Never Again!! Never could get corporate office on the phone. It's dominos it taste like dominos it's fine but please update your customers with an appropriate time for delivery. Estimated time was about a half hour but I'm typing this and hour an a half later and still haven't gotten my order. If it's a problem with not having enough divers just say so please I would understand but expecting 25 mins because your website says so and then being left empty handed this much time later is frustrating.
