I was left sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting one a single pizza. Considering how slow the service is for a single pizza, I feel bad for people who order more than one thing. And for pickup? This is absolutely insane. We went to the pickup window to ask for information on the pizza after 50 minutes of waiting and we're told it would be another 15-20 minutes and they were just starting to make the pizza. I'm absolutely disgusted by the inability to be speedy. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Somebody that works in this establishment assaults their employees. Please investigate this matter and fire them or I will never step foot in this Domino's again. Nor will I recommend this place to any of my friends and family, as this establishment seems keen on this type of horrible behaviour towards their staff, and I will not be spending my money to encourage it. I called in my order to be made around 6:30pm for pick up. Since I was out if town still working. And know I wouldn't be back till then, well it turned out I was wrong. And when I got there around 5:45. Asked if maybe they can go ahead and start it. They said sure. The Customer service was excellent and the food was amazing 👏 😋 🍕. I highly recommend this location.

Ordered there pan pizza because I like a deep dish got it home to it being just flat was disappointing. But I did call the store and a very nice lady apologized for this and offered to remake it -which I did take her up on that- and even offered to have it delivered to me if I didn’t want to get back out. So yes I was disappointed but saved by great customer service and will enjoy the new pizza

I worked a 12 hr shift Sunday night I was too tired to get fast food so I ordered a pizza and some other things like I always do I have ordered from here atleast 15 times since Ive lived here and an hour went by no food called the store they had a wrong number and couldn't find my house not trying to be a smart $$$ but your a delivery person how do you not know how to find a place never had an issue before person the phone didn't really seem to care so I will not be ordering Domino's again.

Needed a quick dinner and dominoes is always a simple cheap quality fix. I stop in here often whether it be for a pasta or sandwich and also for a pizza now and again. The service is always quick and friendly and very efficient. With the new store and drive thru makes everything flow better if you don’t want to go in

Ordered delivery for me and my kids. Was very late. Called to check on it. Driver came and couldn’t track him on the app. He delivered the wrong pizza. I order pepperoni and he delivers a Alfredo mushroom beef onion and green pepper pizza. I called back to tell them and the manager tells me he will get this resolved. He doesn’t call me back. I wait and I receive an email saying the delivery wasn’t what it was expected to be an here’s 60 points. That is not a good way to resolve this at all. I called back and get told to hold on. I’m not put on hold I’m just left on the counter and I hear “Is that that lady again”. So since I can hear everything and I don’t it doesn’t sound busy I drive down there. Only one car in the drive through and when I get to the window I explain I need my pizza remade. I told him I ordered a medium pepperoni and he said he’d remake it x-large for me and apologized. I parked in the front and I waited almost 40 minutes for a cold medium pizza. Not even fresh. I got home to my toddlers at 10pm with a cold pizza. All this after paying delivery fee. Completely unacceptable. I need my money back.

I live .9 of a mile away from the Farmington dominos, placed the order on their app at 4:23, called the store to check on the order at 5:53 the guy told me it was in route, 30 min later still nothing, so when we called back the lady informed us we ordered off a hot spot location and they don’t deliver there? I asked what that meant since I used their app, added my address and description of my front porch, she said she didn’t know, so she replaced the order at 6:20. If they were unable to deliver the pizza shouldn’t they have called the number and contacted me, instead of sending me text updates on the order? Just a thought??? It’s 7 PM and I still don’t have the pizzas I ordered at 4:23. Looking at the previous reviews seems like this is a reoccurring issue. Thank God for Pizza Hut and Little Caesar’s, doesn’t look like Dominos is much of an option for Farmington anymore.
