Placed order online and never got any updates it just said "ordered" and never told me when they started making it or when they finished. After an hour of waiting and it still not being ready, I went to pick it up. I got there and it was sitting on the shelf already, so I have no idea how long it was sitting there. Also they left out the sauce we ordered and didn't include the icing with our cinnamon twists. :(

The quality has gone down hill so much. It's a running joke now that our pizzas will be delivered without being cut. My pan pizza was cut all right but with random slices wherever the person felt like cutting. 1 slice was small enough for a baby. My husband's thin crust was so burnt and hard (and not fully cut AGAIN) that he couldn't even eat it. This isn't the 1st time we have gotten HORRIBLE excuses for pizza from this location. Quality control is not there anymore.

Employee took my cash and went to make my food. Did not wash hands, put my food in the oven did not wash hands went back to doing morning prep. After my food came out of the oven he handled it a bit more, put it in a box handed it to me. He never washed his hands and never put on gloves. I tossed it in the trash. Will never visit again.
Select extra sauce with online order, pizza comes with no visible sauce. The consistency of this shows they just don't care. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We order delivery once a week, usually on a Monday or Tuesday and live 5 min away. We had stopped for a long time and we were ordering from Pizza Hut. Dominoes has better deals though so started back. Unfortunately, service has gone downhill, tonight no exception. So, 45 min after ordering delivery (promised within 24 min), I called and was told it was "out for delivery". When it was not delivered 15 minutes after that, called again (now over an hour since ordering), a different person asked what they could do to "make it right". I said I wanted a fresh order made, the delivery fee and tip refunded and I would pick up. Again, was told that my order "just went out"... at which time I said I didn't want cold pizza. I was assured it would not be that they don't let pizza just sit on the counter. I said if it arrived cold, they would be hearing back from me. Sure enough 5 minutes later it arrived cold. It was clear that their "one driver" was making other deliveries making us the last stop. By the way, this is an issue always with one particular driver.Other issues we have experienced: missing sauce, missing other toppings, pizza not cut at all, pizza not cut all the way through, and one time decided to try the curbside service on the way home and was given someone else's order
Thought I'd try the Brooklyn style pizza with nothing but pepperoni, very simple. Opened the box to see the pizza with an ocean of grease on it. Made it impossible for anyone to grab a piece without it disintegrating in your hand. Yes I know a pepperoni pizza can be greasy, but this was just a massive puddle.
They prepared my food with no gloves and the delivery driver sitting in the lobby coughing without covering his mouth on side of the front counter.... overall disgusting, I will not be back at that location hopefully that is addressed
