Pizza was over and hour late, cold, burnt and pizza scrambled inside the box. If you're short drivers don't take delivery orders. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

This is the 3rd or 4th time that my family has gotten our food AT LEAST an hour late, cold, and with the wrong items. Wouldn't even recommend calling to explain your side. All we ever get is attitude. Completely disappointing.

It’s been a disaster the last 5 times I’ve ordered. 2 1/2 hr delivery. Everyone always seems confused that is working. Always errors in order. Online order will say it’s done on computer, but when you get there they haven’t even started. Just a bleep show right now. I understand it can be hard getting enough help, and things sometimes go wrong….but until they get it together I’m back to frozen pizzas. Way quicker. I am tired of waiting in their parking lot 1/2 hr waiting for pizza that should have been done an hour ago.

Almost every time you order through the app, when it works at all, the employees push the "it's ready" button early. Multiple times I have had to wait in the parking lot or the lobby for my order to be finished, occasionally up to 20 minutes before it is really ready. I am a bartender and 9 out of 10 times the app will say that the order has been delivered to one of my customers up to 45 minutes before the delivery driver even shows up. This causes mild panic, because the app says it is in front of someone who fears that they may have entered a wrong address. Also, do not expect to pay cash of any sort here. I have attempted to pay for a $26 order in store with a $50 bill and was told I needed to go to some other business because they would not break a $50 bill. My ultimate point is that customer service is severely lacking. If you are going to have an app designed for convenience, do not lie to your customers and tell them it is ready when it is not. Many people watch the app diligently, so as to be ready when the driver or in store employee is ready. To push the button 10, 20, or 45 minutes before the order is ready is abusing your customer's valuable time, and over the past several months, has become offensive. Please stop this aggravating business practice. Were this a one time or occasional issue I would not complain, but this happens almost every time I, a family member, or a customer orders a pizza and has for months. If I lived in a larger community, I would seek a better business to frequent, as it is I am forced to choose Domino's as the least of the local evils.

Horrible service. Had a 40-50 dollar pickup when I get there it was 20mins longer then the already 30mins they said, then I pay with a 100 dollar bill and they say they don't take 100s?????? I didn't get a 10 dollar pizza. There is No Where online or in the store that says they don't take 100s. If I had a 100 dollar order and had a 100 dollar bill they wouldn't let me use it?? My money was no good I told them they could keep the order and between horrible customer service from the past few years that's the last time I order from this place. The get a 2 👎

Order online and it's usually done on time.. I appreciate their deals and usually go pick it up as the store is super close. Really the store is super close to anywhere in this small town. Still can't get Domino's without it costing over $30.

I ordered a pizza and customer service was mediocre at best delivery driver was ok I guess but the kicker was I got food poisoning and have been sick for the last 2 day I highly recommend never going here

well looks like we are eating in tonight ordered pizza 2 hours ago watched the tracker of the driver he was in the same spot for over 10 minutes didn't even bring it to our street and the main tracker said complete but no pizza called the store twice ....no pizza's and nothing but excuses .... will never order from Lander's dominos again had to give them one star to post this but no stars deserved
