I'm so annoyed because I made an order in Rockdale from the app ONLINE. they give me a coupon for a FREE EMERGENCY pizza only for them to tell me they don't honor that at this location when I go to redeem it today. Mind you I came from Milano just to be told this. So I went ahead and paid for a pizza just for them to send me ANOTHER FREE COUPON from the Rockdale location. I'm fairly pissed to say the least because why give coupons you don't even honor. Like I don't even understand the principle here. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Let's see.... rude cashiers, Credit Card machines don't work, and they do not provide *valid* receipts unless you demand one. If you can get past all of that, the pizza is OK. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Getting real tired of paying for extra toppings and barely getting any. I always get the same pizza with 2 meats that i always order extra for both meats. My pizza should have a lot of meat and I have a few pieces that don't have any meat. Just would like to get what I paid for for once. This happens every time I order pizza.

Cute location with a spot that little kids can watch the pizzas being prepared. Love the gluten free pizza but was over cooked last time. Kids love the gluten free pizza as well since we have a gluten intolerance.

This franchise donated multiple pizzas to feed our local volunteer fire department and the Texas A&M Forestry Service personnel as they were battling a 150 plus acre brush fire near Rockdale, TX. As the Public Information Officer for the RVFD, I cannot begin to thank this restaurant enough for their generosity and kindness!

Awesome friendly staff. I ordered carry-out from the app. Everyone greeted me when I walked in and had my order ready to go. All 3 pizzas were made as ordered, with no complaints from the family. Since we're 12 miles away, it's nice to count on great work from this location. I'll be back shortly.

The last 3 times we have called and placed an order, we go to pick it up and the employees have no record of our order. They have to retake our order and wait for it to be made. Most of the employees don't seem to know what they are doing. While I was there this past time, I saw multiple other customers coming in with complaints or to pick up missing pieces to their order.

Kristen was extremely helpful, me and a family member had a long hard day and had driven all the way from San Antonio. She made ordering easy, offered us smaller menus so we didn't have to struggle staring at the screen and even gave us some options.
