Placed my order at 6:15pm roughly didn’t get my food till after 8pm. Everything is cold soggy and COVERED in grease. I got a medium extravaganza, medium chicken bacon Alfredo pizza and a chicken Alfredo bread bowl and NONE I MEAN NONE of the food is edible period. This what you want your customers to eat? The bread in the bread bowl wasn’t even cooked all the way I took out the chicken and noodles the bread was cooked on the outside the inside is raw dough. I will NEVER be going back to you guys again. I can’t even eat my dinner. 40 bucks down the drain. Just what I wanted after being sick for 2 weeks Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order take out from here pretty often it’s usually good but a big problem was I seen a worker wash their hands “good for them” but then get a fork or spoon and put it straight into the toppings and eat from it and that’s when I had to leave with my food and pretty much lost my appetite. Went in to speak to the manager Chris about issues with the last order that I had placed and it was not the correct order he told me after I told him that I was going to call the corporate office that to get out of his store, and he was very rude. My friend had to go into the store and get my order that I had placed on the phone. And another issue is that even though I ordered everything thing on the phone, when arrived they didn't have my order at all. This is the second time I've experienced this from this Domino's. Horrible ordered $40.00 worth of Pizza was charged for it on my bank card and it was never delivered. No excuse for this. The manager Ernest and assistant manager Tosha. Did not refund my money and both of them are a waste of air.

I have a rather particular order. I like my pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, jalapenos and pineapple, cooked well done and Uncut. The reason for an uncut pizza is because it stays hot longer. This way I can order it a little early and not have to worry about waiting on it or it getting cold waiting for me, but it really is just a small preference. Well they had cut the pizza and as my dad was picking it up they realized and where willing and ready to make a new one. That is real dedication. They are putting every effort to make the pizza as ordered. He let them know it's not a problem just a minor preference. The Pizza itself was perfect, just the right amount of cheese, sauce and everything. 5 Star "S" tier employees.

Its been a while since I ordered from here, will be A VERY long time before I do again. First, the pizza was made incorrectly and missing ingredients, did not follow instructions given- how hard is it to cut the pizza in pie shape? they did grid cut so you get pieces only about 1/2 wide, Why even cut a round pizza into square shapes? just more work and horrible to eat. Then the pizza crust was completely soggy so when you tried to pick up this little square piece of pizza it just folds and all the toppings fall off. I have watched this location go down over the last 2 years, dont know that I will do business with them again. Will be worth while to just drive a little further to one of the other 3 locations in the area.

Our order was incorrect when it was delivered and then placed at the back of their line to correct their mistake. Two hours have passed and still waiting for the correct pizza and yet still charging me full price. Customer service skills are non-existent!

We spent almost 100 dollars on pizza for a party and were told that we had to pay for parmesan cheese and peppers separately and that they were not included with the pizza. The mini "shakers" were priced at $1.49 each and that was the only alternative. That is UNACCEPTABLE! If I'm spending that much on pizza at your establishment, it should be no problem to at the very least get parmesan and peppers thrown in.

Worst service ever!! First she calls to cancel my delivery. I call back to do carry out since I’ve already been charged, she says no because she has to many orders. Ill get a refund 2 days later.

I wish that I could give this facility 0 stars, but obviously I don't have that option. There are many reasons behind my extreme disappointment. One of them is half of the time I place an order they don't have a driver. In some of the cases they didn't have a driver they called me to tell me,but only offered a two liter for the inconvenience to drive up there instead of changing the price to carry out. Which mind you is cheaper than delivery. Today I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks before they even opened having ample time to have my order ready for the time I set. On the app it had said the order was being prepared for 45 minutes. After that amount of time it said that it was baked and quality checked like usual, though it immediately after the quality check it had said that it had been delivered. I waited 15 minutes after the app saying it was delivered and then decided to call the location to make sure it wasnt delivered to another location. The person who had picked up said that the driver was on the way and it would take 15-20 minutes for the driver to get there. I waited 30 more minutes before calling the store again asking what was up with my order. The person who answered my phone call was the owner. I had explained my situation and he kept cutting me off. He told me that the driver was just now leaving and that it would be 15 more minutes and that their system was down. I had told him that he should of gave a courtesy call. After I had said that he was extremely rude and hung up with me. I will never use this location again and I suggest to anyone else around to choose a different place unless you want dissatisfaction every time.
