Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra cheese and ground beef. It was indeed ultra thin and oddly soggy. It wasnt baked nearly long enough. The ground beef was the size of pencil erasers and there was about 6 pieces. The first thing my family said was "did you order it with no cheese ?" I was embarrassed to tell them I actually paid for extra cheese . I wish I had looked at it before I left, but even if I had I probably wouldn't have complained in front of everybody there behind the counter. Even though they were very nice . There were just so many guys that I would have felt weird going back in there. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered pizzas for my entire staff and the food was delivered raw and had a couple employees ended up sick . They offered me a free pizza as an apology. That offer apparently expired after a few weeks, so when I decided to order from this location again , there was no discount . Just for convenience I tried them again today. They delivered a pizza that was not what I ordered . They also apparently forgot the salad that I delivered . When I called them once again, they offered another discount that I will never use and offered to bring me the salad that was made for me and left behind. I’ve now been instructed to call back another day to speak to someone. Terribly disappointing with the service and quality of product. Never a bad experience here! Employees are very kind and courteous. Store is nice and clean 👌 Food is always perfect and hot 🔥 I'm going to be a loyal customer for as long as things stay on track !! And my Dog apparently approved it too 👍

Something has changed at this restaurant in regards to ownership or staff. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have had burnt pizza. It's so bad my kids won't eat it and I have to feed it to the dogs. Used to love ordering from here. Def makes dominoes look bad. On the bright side if you like your food burnt then thus is your spot!

The staff is great and friendly. Really disappointed in the bread and pizza ordered though. It wasn’t cooked all the way through and it was nasty. I will never order from this location again. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped by this location for dinner and I’m quite disappointed. I had asked for extra sauce and I definitely did not get that on my pizza. I used to work at a pizza shop and I know what extra sauce looks like and it was definitely looked more like light sauce than anything else. I’d definitely take the extra time and drive to Euclid because at least I know my pizza is going to be good.

This location used to be awesome, but the quality control has gone downhill so badly that it's just not worth it to order from here anymore. Every order I place has at least one thing wrong with it, from items being burnt, having much smaller than normal portion sizes, or being too greasy. On Friday I decided to place an order because I had just got home from a trip and didn't want to worry about dinner. I first received the pizza on the left, which you can tell is very burnt. So I called the store, and told them that I've noticed they have a problem with quality control. The employee on the phone seemed apologetic, and said a remake would take 25 minutes to arrive. 50 minutes later, I received the pizza on the right. It is just as burnt if not more burnt, and was very greasy. I was able to pick up both pizzas and they stayed all one piece. Pizzas shouldn't do that. Don't bother ordering from here if you actually want decent food. The guy on the phone told me it was because they were "busy". That's not an excuse! You don't send out nasty food to customers just because it's "busy".

Got the pizza 2 hrs later from the time of ordering for delivery! Plus I was on hold for 20 min , I had to hang up and call again to order and tell them I was on hold and forgotten ! 🤨😒 I will never order from this Domino's again 🙄

Grabbed lunch from here and my pizza was ready faster than I could get there. Was met with a super friendly staff and overall a great experience.
