Everything about ordering was fine and I love the online ordering., but to visually see this burnt pizza and box it up and hand it to a paying customer is completely unacceptable. When I called she told me to bring the pizza back or write me down for a free pizza at a later date. I brought it back and she said yeah that is definitely burnt. Well yeah it’s burnt I didn’t waste my gas money bringing it back for it not to be burnt. They made me a new pizza which was good, but didn’t even offer any compensation for my time or my gas money driving back. Not to mention by the time I did get back home the other 2 pizzas I ordered along with this one were already cold.

Ordered a pizza Sat on a shelf for 35 mins. Rode in a car for 15 to 20 mins. Arrived cold, cold and burnt chicken. Tried to do this review on the website under the tracker. Usually not a big fan of chain store pizza but Dominos deserves a shout out. We ordered through the app and had a pizza delivered about a month ago. The crust style was wrong, but the pizza in general was pretty good. Instead of complaining or reporting it, I just let it go. The next day, I receive an email from Dominos stating they made a mistake and wanted to correct it and gave us a free pizza! They caught their mistake and made it right. Ordered a pizza at 11:30 its now 12:30 and the store is about 10 min from my house, if that. Also cant track the driver anymore… called once and they said 3 people were ahead of me but im 10 min away and only got 1 pizza… starting to get annoyed ngl. EDIT- got the pizza 12:35 and its cold the driver was nice but $17+ for a cold pizza with sloppy cuts and over an hour wait is crazy, no discount no free drink lol nothin. Pizzas & parmesan bites were just as expected, but the service was reeeally bad. When you're told by their system that your order is ready, walk in to *see* it cut, but find TWELVE people waiting on their orders, then have to tell the ONE gal struggling to get any orders to their owners which food is yours...?
