I change my rating from 2 stars to 1 Star, after my previous review, the store responded to my review and tell me to send them more info about my order. I did sent them the email they posted on the review and I see no response or reply. Wrong order was made, call the store but no answer. Chicken wings are under cooked it's warm outside and cold inside. I have ordered here multiple times and this is the only time they disappointed me. January 20, 2024. A few years ago I placed orders with Double Toppings, but the pizzas never seemed to have many toppings so I stopped ordering. Tried again in 2023 and I've gotten some absolutely amazing pizzas. Tons of toppings + fresh + fast + hot. I think the trick is to order ~3PM on a Tuesday when they're bored. I never take images of food but these were exciting! So Good!

***Do NOT order delivery from this store. Either order pick up or order pizza from somewhere else. They are extremely unreliable. I don't normally write reviews as I'm pretty go-with-the-flow and understand that no business or person is perfect and mistakes happen. However, I've had several poor experiences with this store over a few years despite dealing with it since it's hard to beat the mix & match combo. Occasional deliveries taking 1 1/2 to 2 hours despite the store being less than 10 minutes away, mainly, but also pizzas being made wrong (literally straight up missing toppings that were ordered, for instance. Have had this happen more than just once or twice btw). This is from online ordering so it's kind of astounding as there's no way communication could be misconstrued since it's sent directly over in text. I'm writing this review now as tonight I placed an order that was sent out for delivery after 15-20 minutes, but the driver drove straight past my house (per the tracker), went somewhere for 30-40 minutes, drove back towards the store past my house AGAIN, arrived at the store, and then suddenly my order was cancelled unexpectedly with no warning. Trying to call into the store about it for more details has led to me being on hold from 10 to (now) 40 minutes so they are clearly not taking calls or picking up the phone. This is a genuine review, you can take your chances but I would actively tell anyone to not order delivery from here. The pizza and food is generally okay-to-decent but absolutely not worth the trouble. Service Delivery Service: 1

Two weeks ago I placed an order that took 2.5 hours to arrive. The order showed up cold. Today I placed an order that shows delivered but never was revived. Ordered two pizzas here last night during their dinner rush. I was surprised by how fast it was ready with them being so busy, and how good the quality was. This is definitely one of the better dominos I’ve been too. The employees were busting their butts back there and were super polite. We will definitely be back.

I ordered a 2 topping large pizza. The pizza tasted salty and both my kids could not eat and they did not like it! I called the store and asked if they fix it but they said they cannot do anything! The box clearly says "if you don't like it or not satisfied we'll fix" but cared the least!. I had to order food from another place again 😩 Note: They responded to me in the comment below asking for some details to correct the order and I sent the requested details but NO ONE EVER CARED TO RESPOND BACK!!!

Delivery tracker said pizzas were delivered. Nothing delivered. Unable to contact anyone at the store, repeated attempts made, directly after the failed delivery and today. Needless to say no refund as of yet, waiting to hear from corporate I guess. Do not recommend this location especially after reading about several others with this same problem. I ordered a bruschetta and chicken kinda pizza and it wasn’t made right. When I brought it back to the store Domonique fixed everything so fast and had amazing customer service! It takes a special kind of person to put up with me when Im hangry lol so thank you to her!

I placed an order yesterday 12/13/2023 at 4:47pm for one medium cheese pizza and one marble brownie and was charged $17.59 (free pizza) which was on my receipt. Today I wake up with an alert on my bank account that I was charged an additional $14.59 from the same store. I tried calling the store to be put on hold for over 35 minutes with no answer. I have only one order showing on my pizza profile which matches the $17.59, which means the store manually charged me an additional $14.59. Food: 5 Service: 1
