They made my pizza wrong. I called them for 25 minutes and nobody answered. I went to the store and after 10 minutes a driver went in. I explained my problem and showed him that I had been calling and he told me the phone had not ringed. They told me to call again and after a couple of minutes they answered. A girl answered and she told me that they would refund my money the next day. I explained that I didn't want a refund but to have my pizza remaked as it was for my 10 year old kid. She said she couldn't do it. I would never order pizza from Domino's again

My food was great. I can’t complain there, I did call up there to get the $19.99 family meal deal special. They told me that it was an online order only so I ordered it online in the store, one of the employees friends came in and ordered the exact same thing and she took her order which was a little frustrating Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

When I was handed the box, I thought, "Is there actually a pizza in here?" Then I opened it and saw this. It's a large, but I ate in the time it would take to eat a small. I may not be able to order from this place again. I'd like my tip back.

Ordered on line and said 38 minutes. After food was not here in over an hour I called in to inquire. I ws told it would be 2-3 hours longer as there was only 2 people there. Before I could ask if I could cancel my order, she stated she didn't have time for this and hung up on me. Finally got my order 2 hours after I placed the order and of course it was cold. The driver was very apologetic. I'd rate the driver 5 stars, and the management 1 star. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Should have read the reviews before I ordered! I got my order halfway done as I asked (WELL DONE) also paid online & delivery man (scott) forgot my water! Upon calling I were told the driver would bring it to me & NEVER did also the cinnamon bread was bread no cinnamon whatsoever 12/29 won’t be ordering from them in 2024! Food: 1 Service: 1

Haven't had Domino's in a while. This was the worst pizza I have ever had ! It was over cooked. Hardly no cheese on one. Took a few pics but unsure why I cannot post them ? Never again will we use you. Sad !

After waiting for 72 minutes in the store for a pick up order. They told me my one pizza is missing and they wouldn’t refund me and they didn’ put mushrooms on my other pizza. told me to wait while they make another one for me. I will never ever come to this store again.

I would give it zero if that was an option. First, they messed up my original order and gave me an empty box. After calling the store five different times and being put on hold, I finally got a customer service representative to get into the store. There was no apology given. When I arrived to pick up missed pizza, they hadn't made it (they set the pickup time). Said it would only take 15mins. After waiting 15 minutes, my pizza hadn't been made. I was not offered a refund or an apology for the horrific, time-wasting service. The pizza that I received was made incorrectly.

Unfortunately, there's a 50/50 chance of how the pizza is; good or overbaked especially the gluten-free. The pasta ok but the chicken is a bit chewy (maybe microwaved?). Cheese bread & desserts are usually good if not overbaked. When ordering from a pizza place it's expected the pizza will be worthwhile.
