The reviews for this place are definitely spot on. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Placed my order online, got to the store at the time it said it would be ready by. They hadn’t even began making it yet. Instead they’re all walking around hanging out with loud vulgar and extremely obscene and disgusting music blaring from someone’s Bluetooth speaker I get home and my pizza is literally melted to the cardboard, to the point where I had to scrape it off with a spatula. I called the store and spoke with “Benny” and after I told him the issue his exact words were “yeah, that’s the problem with the thin crust, that always happens.” Well, no Benny, it doesn’t. I order thin crust pizza everywhere I go and I’ve never had to scrape my pizza off of the box. He claims he “cancelled” the order but I have yet to see any refund come through. Do not go to this Domino’s. There is a Papa Johns about 10 minutes from Daniel Island that is 100% better than this Domino’s could ever be. Management really needs to reconsider their staff here.

Horrible customer service. Sent a burnt thin crust pizza and when called said they would never do that. I offered to send a picture. They then asked what do you want us to do. When I requested a new pizza they hung up. Called and asked to speak to a manager and never got through. Over priced too.

The nerve of this place. I’ve been to other places busy then this a the customer service was awesome. This place sucks when it comes down to delivery if u have lazy workers who can’t climb stairs to do the job plz find someone else to do it…… ordered some wings never got them called back he said I’ll send someone an hour later no chicken 🤦🏾‍♀️ woke up this morning to take trash out what do I see my wings on the stairs like really u had what 5 more steps to take 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Fyi we don’t eat off the ground Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On yelp they have 1.5 stars and horrible reviews but its not that bad. Service was great and nice employees, wings were not that good and pizza was decent except I ordered philly steak and there was hardly any steak!!!
