Hands down – One of the best garlic-honey chicken wings I’ve ever tasted. And I was also in Korea (Land of the KFC), and there was only one time it was the same level as this restaurant. Don Emmanuel Restaurant has got to be one of the best dishes you need to taste when going to Gensan, Philippines. Aesthetic vibe inside, very cozy. The prices of food are okay if you're an American that is used to the American price.
