You couldn't tell by the outside that it's beautiful and spacious inside. Our waitress was great and the food as well. I spent a lot of time looking for authentic Mexican and I finally found it!! I was hungry so I did technically start eating a little before the photos. My bad. This place has some of the best décor around. Ornate wood at booths and chairs. Carne Asada was very good and cooked to order. I went medium but a portion was bit medium rare. I will shoot for medium well next time to gauge. Rest of this plates breakdown: Beans are a little runny but taste good. Rice was a little on the dryer side than I am used to but not bad. The pickled medley was tasty. I only eat small portions of the jalapeno but it was good as well. Guacamole was good too. Side note. Guacamole as App states they make it at your table which I will be trying next time for sure. Super Nachos with beef and queso style cheese. See pics. Wife thought it was good. Salsa was good and had heartier chunks of onion etc Queso was runny buy very good. I personally would like it with a little more pepper chunks in it but we share with a small kid. We loved our first visit! The waiters were very quick and friendly. The food was great! The plates are huge! Inside decor is unique throughout. The restaurant was pretty busy,, but we got a table right away, as well as our food. We got our desserts to go so the photos do not really do them justice. Didn't take away from thier taste though! Me and Deborah And my daughter And grandson. Went there last night it was our 1st time being there. I can tell you not only is the food good. But you get a lot of it. We had guacamole and it was prepared at our table. It was fun to watch. We got one regular and 1 spicy. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the products. And they also have what you would call a Mexican menu. And that is things that are served in Mexico and the spices. Anyway it was a good time suggest you going there. We also had an awesome dessert. I hope this helps And you like it.

Beautiful place. Love the art pieces, especially the large mirror in the back! If I can? I would love to buy it ONE day!! Fast reliable service. Food is great & fresh and service is excellent! Love the details on the Furniture, wooded and porcelain tiles, the booth chairs are beautiful!

I had high hopes but both the queso and salsa were watery. Our main entrees were good. However our service left much to be desired. She never gave her name and she disappeared often. Had it not been for the manager that stopped by often it would have been worse. We've yet to find a favorite Mexican restaurant in Gastonia and the hunt continues Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Is open late, good food and service, my go to for a late night Mexican food cravings. Definitely try the guacamole and the margaritas. Prices are a but high, but prices are a bit high everywhere. This has been one of my top 5 Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere was great! Decor was awesome. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Worth the time to try it. You shouldn't be disappointed.
