First time going there, the place was empty, like 2 clients were inside and we had to wait for a table for more than 20 minutes. People in line behind us just left the place. If it wasn't because my brother went inside to ask again, we still be there waiting. When finally at a table, the server was like "lost in space," we had to repeat everything more than 3 times for her to "get it"right. Then she just disappeared for a long time, she never checked on us. Empty bottles of beer sat there for more than 30 minutes, and the order of longaniza never arrived at the table. We just asked for the check and go someplace else to eat. Nobody apologize or approach us about the horrible service. So bad, I really wanted to eat there and have a great experience...

It is very hard to rate this establishment. The staff seem genuinely pleasant however their lack of attention to service and customer experience really became an issue. We received our food after waiting more than 1hr:30 minutes. The waiter who was helping with our table would show up randomly answering very sporadically. She also didn’t know the difference among items in the menu. Service was just very poor. I hope they are open to feedback and improve.

Good? Check. Drinks? Tons. Great location next to the ferry? Yep. The service was wonderful, the food was great, the drinks were cold and they had a LOT of people hanging out in here too, this was the sneaky spot everyone knew!

Mofongo was fantastic. The only bad thing was they turn off the music and started to clean everything, pick up chairs and tables, at 8pm, it was a Thursday and they supposed to close at 9pm. I would put 4 stars because we felt rushed to leave but food was great. Hey manager please fix that!!
The service was great, the price was good and our food tasted really good. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, most of the time there's a waiting list, so be sure to get there early, they offer Puerto Rico's traditional food as well as Mexican food. Totally recommended.
