We finally had authentic Mexican food and it did not disappoint!! Everything was delicious- chips & fresh pico and guacamole, shrimp, chicken tacos, chicken enchiladas & Chile relleno! Oh and the fresh limeade was perfect! We would definitely go back if we were here longer. They take cards but their machine was down so check first. Great service, great atmosphere & great food! It’s also across from the playground so the kids played while we waited for dinner. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–100

You’ll enjoy delicious Mexican food and great customer service. They’ll be moving locations soon because of gentrification but they won’t move too far. They’ll be next to the school. Food: 5 Service: 5

Great little restaurant, the owner is really nice. Check the home made salsa with tortilla chips they serve you while waiting for your food - it's a class of its own. Goes extremely well with whatever you ordered later and makes the whole experience quite special. Pretty hot though so be careful if you're not used to it 😅 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We were a large group each order different dish and shared everything was so good each dish had it's own taste not like other places that everything tastes the same this place is real authentic Mexican food,and the server was nice. Excellent Mexican meal and good value for your money. We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the exceptional service. We had the tortilla soup, beef, chicken and pork tacos with rice and beans and beef chimichangas. We also ordered a side of pico de gallo and guacamole - best guacamole we’ve ever had. Everything was served fresh and hot. The wait staff was very attentive and came to the table frequently refilling our beverages and clearing the table. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite if you’re visiting Puerto Morelos.

Their food was delicious! Highly recommend the nachos, the tortas, and the tamal. The tamal was unique. It was a corn tamal with chicken DELICIOUS! Family owned place with great customer service. Come with time and patience. Everything is freshly made so the food takes some time to come.

If you're in Porto Morales, there's no question this is the place to go. Treated like family and feed till I nearly bust. There are trendier places but no better food in town. All for an affordable price. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dona Trinas has moved. It is now located across from Don Merkal where el Rincon was located. She is still serving excellent food; go eat there, you'l be happy you did Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had breakfast here a few times everything was delicious. I saw a mention that they don’t accept credit cards but they did when we were there, so I’m not sure what’s going on
