Placed a delivery order on the website, selected cash on delivery. I sat around waiting for an hour before I called. When someone finally answered, I was told they did not deliver cash orders and I could place an order through door dash and pay with a card instead. Ordered online right from Donatos at 6:41, delivery time given was 7:16. At 7:30 I called the store and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes because they only had one driver. While I understand that the system sets the delivery time, I'm sure the employees are able to see the promised time. A phone call would have been appreciated. Service: 1
