Brilliant bowling alley! Online reservation was easy to make. Service was excellent. The manager was kind enough to stop by our lane. Introduced our server to us...and we were left wanting for nothing. The best element were the fellow patrons. Everyone added to a great time.

My wife made a reservation for my birthday. Unfortunately one of our party became seriously ill and was still in the hospital on the day of the reservation and another came down with COVID. We began trying to reach ANYONE at the bowling alley three days before the reservation. No one answered at any of their numbers, despite multiple calls and messages. I had to go to the alley personally. Multiple times was told to "call the number" by the clueless employees after explaining my situation repeatedly. Finally a manager was found who assured me I would be getting a full refund. Well, hours later we received an email refusing our refund because we were a no show!!!! Two hundred dollars stolen from me! Absolutely horrible business with horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs! Go to the alley in Windsor instead.

Come here all the time for league and open play bowling. Wonderful staff. Great and attentive managers. The snack bar surprisingly has good choices And they make it pretty well. They keep the place nice and clean as well and thats always a must. GREAT bar too

Came on Sunday, alley only had 1 employee working for entire alley. 40 minute wait for lane and 60 minute wait for nachos. Windsor bowl is so much nicer. Even though I live in rp, it would have been better use of time to drive to windsor bowl.

2/1 - Very clean, light on staff... be patient with drink and food order. Everything seems well maintained and fairly new. Definitely great place for company team building, parties or family outing.
