Nice Chinese food. Very DTF style for Singaporeans. The charcoal 流沙包 is a must-order. Beef noodle is not salty and savoury. Fried rice with pork chop is legit. 小笼包and 红油 dumplings are good. Was tired after a day of walking around the city and decided to have dinner at this restaurant on our way back to the hotel. There isn’t much traffic here since the restaurant is tucked away in the back area of the mall. The menu was extensive, with a variety of dim sum, noodles, rice, and main dishes. We ordered 3 different la mian, 1 fried rice with pork chop, 1 fried tofu, as well as some drinks. The food was good but not mind-blowing. Total bill ~S$47 (do note that wet tissues are chargeable). One of the beast restaurants we ever visited with a high influence being the outstanding food! The charcoal Bao with the egg yolk filling and these in a hot stone bowl was at least for us a completely new experience and one of the best dishes we ever tried! Would only recommend this place and a good service and price as well! The service was really good they give you refill for drinks the option to take away leftovers and the food came amazingly quick! Fresh and delicious. This restaurant is located in a mall and was fabulous. I had the string-beans with minced pork, ginger, lemon and it was light, flavourful and the string-beans were wonderfully crunchy. I followed with the meat wantons in a light broth and that too was flavourful and filling. I added chilies to mine and that changed the colour of the broth in the pic.
