That manager’s attitude was not it. Arrived 5:25pm asked for iced coffee- only for her to give me the stink eye, whisper to her staff and tell me the mach is closed. Clearly this lady doesn’t have any customer service experience. I ended talking to her nicely than she did. That one star was for her attitude. Service: 1

The employees were rude and rushed us, there were flys on the donuts and the floor was dirty. The donuts however were fresh and tasted good, would maybe go again but honestly the employees aren’t the nicest.

the donuts from this store are way better than the city cbd store and the glenfield mall stall. they actually taste fresh and half decent. would get again but only from this store 💀

Donuts are good staff are useless. Sign says extra 50c for a fritter or 'deluxe' donut with a coffee combo According to your staff it's impossible. Flat out refused to even try. Also opening late because of staff issues I can understand but you have 4 staff in a tiny kiosk... that is fully staffed. Updated for 2024, still the same issues and bad customer service. Service: 1

4 people ate donuts and drinks for a budget of about 12 dollars! Beat that lol. You can't go wrong with dunkin d. Dunno why people complain. This isn't a hotel restaurant lol.
