Very yummy but frustrating to have uber orders mixed up then no phone calls or voicemail messages being answered to correct the problem for future reference. Maybe a new employee got them mixed up, but please answer your calls and voicemails. Should really offer replacements

Lady with glasses was not customer friendly. No greeting, just asked are you next ? and when we asked for extra syrup she gave us the discussed hand waving for no and the ice coffee was disgusting. Total buzz kill. My daughter was in mood for a lot of donuts, but this lady who served us is not an upselling person. The other lady who made my hot drink was amazing and Donuts too.

Some of the donuts were not fresh. Could really tell he difference between the ones that were and were not.

Whenever I go to the base I usually go to dunkin donuts to buy a coffee, maybe out 10 times I was only able to get iced coffee only 2 or 3 times other times I go to place my order they alway run out of ice, happened I was like ok thats fine, went back for the 2nd and 3rd time something and then I started calling them to place my order so then I would know before since they are usually out of ice. And I called them again today and not my surprise got the same excuse that they don't have ice. So I called the town one to see if they have the same option but nope they were happy to take my order. Don't understand why and how it's always the base dunkin donuts that run out of ice and not the town one. The staff is super rude to you and you hardly get greeted.

Visited your pop up style shop at Te Awa (in its new location) Thursday arvo just before 2pm. There were 2 female staff members. Although i was "served", there was no greeting - my order was taken and I was asked "is that all". That particular phrase suggests to customers their purchase is unappreciated. No thanks and mo goodbye. To add insult to I jury, I purchased 2 "chocolate eclairs", as labeled in the cabinet. False advertising - they turned out to be long chocolate donuts with some type of yuk custard inside. A total waste of nearly $8. On a brighter note, your new location is great

Bought strawberry and bavarian munchkins which is my fam's all-time favourite in Dunkin. I got munchkins with a dot of flavour inside it, it was a literal dot in the muchkin just to show its flavour. The fact that the price is still the same but the quality went down so much is such a huge disappointment. If this keeps going, might as well just sell plain munchkins. I don't see the use of advertising and selling it with flavours.

This is the best coffee in The Base. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The selection of filled donuts is pretty solid. I counted at least eight kinds on my last visit. They have three small tables behind the kiosk that are perfect for enjoying a little down time or people watching while you take a break from shopping.

Bought chai latte and it had been the worse one I have tried so far. It did not taste like chai latte at all. The girl did it real quick probably to spend time with the guy that was waiting on the side for her.
