Don't get breakfast or coffee here. Sandwiches are DRY as a bone. They have NO SAUCE and NO MAYO! Good luck choking it down. Unbelievable. Who has sandwiches and doesn't provide MAYO? Are you kidding? They only good thing here, in my opinion, are the donuts. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Always short staffed. Regularly out of donuts and menu items due to elementary management blunders. Frequently not open during posted business hours because employees dont show up to work. Unreliable at best. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have now been to this location twice, and both times they have not had donuts! A place with the word donuts in its name, doesn't have donuts? What nonsense is this? That's like pizza hut not selling pizza. Complete and utter malarkey. Two thumbs down for their non existent donuts. Went thru drive thru and ordered, we forgot something on the order and they added with no problem and no attitude, the person who served us was wonderful. Only complaint we have to ask to reheat the breakfast sandwich seems like they make em a little bit before hand maybe because of a morning rush. Space force base looks cool from the outside. Not open to general public. I give 2 stars solely for the fact Dunkin is not only the coffee shop of New England, but is also serving our fellow aliens. I approve as a New England resident. Location for business. Must give 0/5 for location being closed to general public.

Ordered food from this place through doordash. The place is not properly labeled due to it being on base (which I didn't know). Tried giving the place a call, and the guy was not understanding at all and just wanted to get off the phone. Service: 1

I've never had a drink order messed up here, but this location is ALWAYS out of something food related. Whether it be bread, croissants, bacon, sausage, etc. I've been able to get food here without compromising my order maybe a handful of times. This doesn't mean the staff is bad, as I've never had an issue with the employees, just issues with food. They open at 0700 which is a plus.

I love DD and the folks at this on is no exception. The guy I see the most is always humming and at least trying to be in a good mood. He also remembers the orders of regulars, which is great Customer service. Even though this location is a small store, they still make your sandwich a la minute so that it is super fresh and tasty. The donuts selection is smaller then a full sized location, but they make up for it in customer service.
